location wasn't bad for what we needed to do

Room was dirty. Open soap in shower. No carts to move luggage upstairs. Was told by the valet if you are going to leave the car overnight they would move it into the garage because it wasn't safe to leave outside overnight in that neighborhood

They wanted to charge wifi and parking. Had to discussion and show proof on r�servation. WE chose it for the swimming pool which was empty!!!!

The location was solid and the lobby was clean. The valet was nice.

Rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. The lobby looked renovated but the rooms looked like they weren't. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly except for 1 person. Felt like they were too cool for customers. Valet was pretty nice.

The king size bed was one of the worst beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was literally a u shape and I woke up with a bad backache. The reception staff was not very friendly. Bartenders were great.

Old & outdated. Torn & dirty wallpaper in the bathroom. View of a brick wall. Pool was inside & freezing even though it was supposed to be heated. Very terrible stay and ruined our last night of vacation.

Room was quiet; I was able to sleep through the night.

I couldn't find an electrical outlet at the desk in my room. I had to move furniture away from the wall to plug in my laptop. The front desk sells Ramen noodle packets, but doesn't offer any bowls to place them in.

The staff was professional and kind from the valet to the restaurant. I really appreciate great customer service.

The room was just ok..for 4 star quality I felt it could have been updated. The walls and ceilings were cracking and the toilet water ran unless we jiggled the handle. The carpet looked very warn and it hadn't been shampooed or deep cleaned in a while.

The location was the only good thing

Old, run down rooms. They didn't clean our room one time while we were there. They charge for every little amenity and they closed the bat early every night we were there so never got to experience it

The location was centrally located, but need to pay for parking constantly.

I had booked this hotel based on 4-stars rating; however it was more 2-stars. Dirty, old, and rusted bathroom. YUCK! The staff tries best to keep it clean - but really only so much you can do. If you¿re traveling - book somewhere else for the money.

room was clean and quiet

1. Hotel did not honor 2nd night of reservation - called me down after dinner as I was unable to get into my room and was treated as if I had made a mistake. I was unable to get in and out parking taking 20 to 30 minutes to resolve. Painful experience

The location was great. And the staff was amazing!

The rooms are EXTREMELY outdated. This hotel could be considered a catfish. The lobby is so beautiful but very misleading because once you get off the elevator to you rooms floor it¿s like your in a completely different hotel. But the rooms were clean!

Location was great and close to most things.

Staff did not know room features, checked me into the wrong room which was still occupied then checked me into two rooms that were not connected even though they assured me it was. Housekeeping did not clean the room between nights. Rooms outdated.

Hotel was convenient to everything and the staff was nice.

Hotel Room did not meet expectations for the star level selected. It was a 4 star lobby with 2 star rooms.

The customer service was excellent love it .

I know this is a out of your control but want let you know people was stayed same floor with us and our room right by elevator and it was 3:00a they was made so much noise by talking loud yelling for distance didn¿t respected people around resting.

When my Air conditioner went out they moved me as quick as possible.

Downstairs was beautiful, but my 1st room the ceiling was dusty and the bathrooms toilets had scum in them¿

The hotel is very dated. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are small. Decor in rooms is very dated.

The rooms are old and crowded with furnishings. The bathroom fixtures, lighting, walls, ceiling are so old that it appears unclean.

Staff not friendly, my flight was leaving couple of hours later, I asked for late check out and they said no.

The location is great!

The price of parking is $26 per night. I stayed for 4 nights and had to pay an extra $112 just to park my car. That's unbelievable.
