The first lobby person came off kinda rude

The Hotel is close to the freeway. The room were well kept. There is free parking and 24hr security.

There was a stale water smell on the floor when coming out the elevator.

The staff was great. The hotel is decent and parking is free.

The breakfast is poor and not worth 24 dollars. Microwave pancakes and pre-made eggs aren't cutting it. Other locations have omelet stations and fresh made waffles.

The staff was fantastic. Hotel is well kept. Modern rooms with walk in showers and no carpet. Free parking with security. AC worked well.

There was freeway noise. Area around hotel is trash. You will have to travel for fun.

People slamming doors, talking loud in the hallways, no regard for others who are trying to sleep.

The location

The First night the piwer went out at 10:00 pm and didn't restore until 7:55 am and then at dinner in a conference room 2 roaches crawling on the table.

The hotel has potential. The new renovations are nice.

The staff that cleans up the room only cleaned our room once and we stayed for four nights. They also didnt speak any english so the language barrier was the main reason why the room was only cleaned once. The ice machine on our floor was broken (inside)

The room was clean a nice. This use to be my favorite hotel. It was close to the things I needed to do. I have to reconsider.

The receptionist over charge my credit card. There was a biker convention that kept me up all night. There was a lot of noise from the hall, the bikers, and the freeway. Starbucks was close my whole stay. Biker were allowed to park everywhere.

Very clean second time stay at this Property fast friendly service easy check-in easy check out always have available clean tiles very friendly staff we recommend anybody to stay here especially for the price

The elevator had some issues could be upgraded but other than that who don¿t mind taking the stairs

Modern furnishings, clean room, very comfortable bed. Electronic security features on elevators and doors. Helpful front desk staff. Reliable airport shuttle service. Restaurant & bar was ok.

Air "freshener" in room was somewhat overpowering. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, had to ask front desk for soap and use of an iron (iron arrived very promptly).

toilet was leaking staff not friendly shuttle never came stood outside for 30 minutes when we call the hotel the agent expressed that they only pick up pilots after 12 and we were told the opposite had catch uber

Breakfast cost ¿¿, but it was worth it. The staff is amazing and professional Also the parking is free and they have security

The toilet sits to low and is filled to the rim with water. My private parts were touching the water. I had to lean side ways. Also you can¿t control the temperature of the room

I am extremely upset and am contacting the hotel manager. I was not informed that because we only had a 2 night stay, that we would not get maid service. However, if you stay 3 nights, you can get your rooms cleaned. They use Covid as an excuse. If

they can clean 3 night stay guest rooms and not worry about Covid, they can clean 2 night stay guest rooms. I will not stay at this hotel or any other hotel again that does not provide maid service! That's what you pay for in their enormous prices!

The room was clean and amenities excellent

My gratuity money has not been released and its been 8 days.

It was clean and everything was working and close to the location that we needed to be also appreciated the shuttle service

The breakfast was ok. It just seems the more expensive a hotel the less amenities, like water in the lobby and free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Because we had to leave early.

The hotel was beautiful and clean.

The room itself was hot. The thermostat did not work correctly. It was hard to get comfortable in the room because of the temperature.

I like the modern renovations, as well as, the couch/eating area. And the lighting is wonderful.

Location

Toilet leaked. No extra anything, e.g. towels, blankets. Maybe that's a COVID policy, but the room did not live up to the reputation of that location.

It was as clean

It was NOT as described ¿ no bath tubs, which I love to take, Refridgeeation had no shelves, door lock didn¿t work. They recently renovated the hotel, so they did not tweak out items ¿ but mostly upset that they couldn¿t offer one tub on entire property.

lobby needs a facelift. Looks worn down. Hallways dated and smell musty with humidity. Location far from airport
