Didnt like the drug dealers there also people having guns ro shoot off especially me having my grandbaby there and my card kept on had to get scanned back into room maybe it because how long I stayed but shouldn't had to have that problem

Location was fine and is pet friendly. The bed had a huge indention and made the bed difficult to sleep in. Shows a pool..but not available for use

I asked the housekeeping if I could have a garbage bag and she replied there for our customers I asked her why we wasn't considered customers

The room size and the cleanliness were definitely a plus but the hotel staff went above and beyond

Not too fond of this side of town kind of boring but conveniently located to the freeway and downtown

I didn't like the dark stains on the bedding. They looked old but they were cleaned. My room had a phone with no wall connection and I lost tv signal like 3 times.

Lobby smells bad, room smells bad, room had roaches killed about a dozen and they reappear next day twice as strong. Parking is cramped, parking on the fence reserved to cmvs. Shower had leaking hose. Low water pressure. Tv not working

Remote broken couldn't turn TV on. Water was shoddy and bed felt like a board.

I didn¿t like the room they chose to put me in the bath tub was old and the tv wasn¿t connected so had to call the office to call maintenance for that as soon as we walked In the room.

The water in my room worked and the toilet worked and the AC worked

My friend also got a room there and her toilet didn¿t flush her ac didn¿t work properly and the doors were super hard to open. The staff there was not pleasant at all, there was hair in a chair like a wad of hair, hopefully the blankets were washed.
