Yes it was a mess the draws was broke the had things everywhere the microwave was old the tv didn’t work it was horrible

The staff member that checked ys in was very kind and helpful

It REEKED of marijuana, the room was as sparse as it possibly could be.

Nothing. No breakfast like they said & my husband is a diabetic

No water, breakfast, room service. All these things were to be here but they were not as told

Easy to get to from NRG. Quick walk to the Holiday Inn And a third the price.

About 10 minutes after checking in, the front desk worker was knocking on our door and tried to force his way into our room after us not answering quickly. We were extremely alarmed by this. He said he was “just making sure we got inside the room.”

Elevator broke. Room assigned 3rd floor 32 stairs. NO HELP OFFERED BY HOTEL STAFF.

FREE parking is advertised but upon check in we were told we would have to pay $20 for each of our vehicles and HAD to pay cash, there is no ATM available. The staff were rude and dismissive. Our room was a filthy nightmare! This place is unsafe and gross

Location relative to med center

Tried charging me $30 early check in fee, no body lotion, bad smell in room, dirty areas of room, broken/missing parts of furniture/blinds, no staff at front desk for long periods of time, not welcoming.

Quick chk in, friendly staff, room was like an apartment, and good price. Also, accepting Max my dog was key. was

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the adorable black & white street kitty that was super sweet.

Roach & Flea Infestation. Smelled like smoke. AC didn't cool or allow you to go below 67°. Says it offers breakfast but only had cold coffee.

I love the fact that the price was extremely affordable, Location was extremely convenient to the medical center is excellent, and it had a kitchenette my disposal

The staff at this hotel far exceed the star rating. They were so kind and helpful. I was very surprised based on the prior ratings. The location is right next to the NRG Arena so in 5 minutes walking you are there. It was quiet and safe. Comfy Bed.

The rooms could use a little sprucing up. It felt very clean but things are a little worn like the chair and tub handle.

Very pet friendly yet no smells, stains or issues.

The people at the desk are very friendly the shuttle is free and on time the front desk accepted my packages I like the location because it works for me in terms of my bank Walgreens Ross an Indian restaurant all within walking distance UPS

The check-in process was seamless. The room was clean. Staff members were engaging and knowledgeable about the area and answered my questions satisfactorily.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

The location is perfect for NRG park.

A/c wasn't on when I entered room, it was 85. The a/c kept shutting off thru the night. Bed was extremely hard. Sheets were rough.

Room was nice. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was not up to par but overall ok.
