The A/C worked!

Room was worn down, bland, poorly maintained. Desk chair was filthy, furniture and appliances were old, linens were stained and dingy, TV was old . Roaches scattered from under my shoe, while others crawled up the walls and across the dresser area.

The best thing I liked about the hotel is its location it's convenient to get to stores and other venues

What I did not like about the hotel is that the staff is a little bit rude concerning maybe one member that I encountered the hotel has a bad roach infestation problem which could be solved but I don't know if they're calling the exterminators o

No breakfast served, even though it was shown as part of the booking. The hotel said No breakfast! Was a big bummer. There was left over food in the oven (tray with significant amount of Chicken) from the previous tenant that was not cleaned! Bad smell.

The hotel was reasonably priced and close to the location we were visiting and had restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel staff said we could exchange towels and get new clean towels and when we tried to do that they then said we would be charged extra for each towel but didn¿t say that before. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and were given 2 towels and couldn¿t exchang

Roaches I did not like the roaches at all, and the ac didn’t get cold the room was hot in the middle of the night I will never stay here again

My floor was quiet. Located in a great place to get downtown/factory mall . easy. Like the fact it had a kitchen.

Looks old and outdated.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the front desk staff members was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was not furnished, but items were brought in a timely fashion after asking. Convenient to stores/restaurants.

Hallways smelled dusty and dingy. Cigarette butts left on the floor, and there was a burn on the pillowcase. A lot of highway and traffic noise. Internet is slow. Another staff member was unfriendly.

Nothing at all, i never got the chance to even get checked in completely. Since the staff member was in the process of checking me in up until she denied my services all becuase a guy offered to help me be my guided and help me carry my luggage inside

I didn't like the counter help. The counter help was nice at first she was finishing checking me in. Than she went all crazy talking and using profanity with another associate of hers about the guide who was going to help me around the city.

The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was not clean enough to use.

It had all the characteristics of Extended Stay with the kitchen and refrigerator. The Television and cooling worked well.

The first room was not made up. The facility had a very bright LCD light for security. This light shone past the curtains into the window and left the room very bright. Furniture had signs of wear.

I didn't like the fact that 6 in the morning the fire alarm went off no staff alerted anybody to get out of the building me as a customer went around the building to inspect any issues and I found a AC unit on fire me as a customer had to take charge of a

The entire hallway including the room itself smelled like a mixture of mold, ass and cigarettes

The room was large.

too noisy. urine smell seeming to come from carpet. No coffee maker/coffee in room. Security had a stop sign in the parking lot. It felt like we were under martial law. When you come back late, you don't want to have to deal with this.

The lobby and hallways were dirty, had trashed piled up by multiple doors and smelled poorly.

Location was convenient.

Other then soap, there was NO amenities in room as advertised. Nasty leftovers in fridge from previous occupant. Hotel staff was unwelcoming. Breakfast consists of a mini muffin and granola bar. Bed was full not queen size.

Didn't like anything, I paid for two rooms two night "Horrible' roaches in the room, ants on the bed, hair on the towels, a piece of a blunt in the bathroom. Should of known when you have a security code to get in the front door....it sucks.

Easy Parking. Rooms were sufficient size. Served the needs for the stay. Grab and Go Breakfast in the mornings - granola bars, oatmeal, coffee bar.

Outside hallway had a weird/smoky odor at night.
