Comfort Inn & Suites Houston I-10 West Energy Corridor

The hotel had no milk, no meat and no juice for breakfast, The toilet seat was busted so they gave me a new room. The toilet seat in the new room was busted also and the shower leaked so bad it ran onto the floor. Staff was unfriendly. Will never go back.

Breakfast buffet is pathetic so don't stay here for the "free breakfast"; property was recently renovated but I wouldn't hire their painting contractors, no attention to detail; unfortunately elevator was non operable so first night was a hike up-down

Upon check in time, I was given the wrong room, when I went to inform someone I was given a snarky remark because of a mistake that was made on their end. Shortly after resolving one matter, I was moved twice due to unsolved issues and cleanliness. 1/10!

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past two years. Ongoing improvement continue as evidenced by the stack of mattresses in the back of the property, Looks like they have been there awhile

Hotel has four floors yet only 2 ice machines on the second and fourth floors. The machine on the fourth floor has never worked in the last two years, and the one on the second floor is now broke as well. No ice is available anywhere on the property

Elevator was not working but management promised to have it working by the time we went out and eat. They didn't and at age 76 and 75 we had to carry our bags to the third floor! Not happy!

Clean room

Staff super rude & their card reader wasnt working properly but insisted it was my bank & said it wasnt anything they could do & told me to give them a $250 cash deposit when my deposit shouldve only been $40. Horrible customer service

The rooms are modern and upgraded. The staff is phenomenal and the Front Desk Manager is truly an ANGEL! All the entire staff to cleaning crew were extremely hospitable. We were there on business and the Breakfast was also excellent.

Just need a little bit more attention on mopping the floors, but the Housekeeping came in and mopped after she saw how sticky the floor was, she was very helpful.

I've stayed here before and I was deeply saddened by the condition of the room. Floor was dirty after some sort of mopping. No glasses or cups in the room. Only one floor of five available had an ice machine.

Bathroom was not good. I could see through the towels, the shower had problems and there were very few towels in the room.

Location was great and parking was adequate

Inconvenience elevator doesn¿t work broke down on and off several times receptionist and management attitude is rude and lazy also gossips about Guest ! Heavily renovated pool is not open

Staff was great in addressing issues with the room....

Second time in 2 weeks that the room I stayed in did not have shampoo in the shower on wall attached units...........

In the middle of renovation and drywall dust and paint over spray all over the place. Breakfast "buffet" was waffles, toast, OJ and coffee. Poor showing for even a breakfast snack offering.

That I was not forced to book again. This week that I was in was nice and clean. Also like the fact that they took cash as a deposit for the room which is $100 as of the writing of this.

Was your at for asking for accommodations for my disability and seeing what they could do with me told if I was that disabled I should be in a home not in a hotel.
