Hampton Inn Houston-Brookhollow

There were ppl smoking drugs at the pool. They were watching their kids & smoking. When I alerted the Person at the counter he said he would take care of it but he went out there AFTER the ppl were done smoking their drugs so what was the point?

There was a car alarm goin on and off I wasn?t able to sleep,went to the front desk and they told me there?s was nothing they could do , I ask to speak to manager there was no manager that?s what the girl told me and there was no number to call .

I was actually waiting for 15min to check out and I just decided to leave since no one ever ce to the desk. Also they 2 times I've stayed there they have put me on the 3rd floor and for some reason there is always so much noise and people screaming at nig

Shortage of bath towels

Terrible experience. Room comfortable

No coffee cups in rooms or at desk. Trash bins in common areas overflowing. Breakfast was O.J.that was spoiled apple juice, apples, coffee, oatmeal. Very loud activity in hallways at nite not addressed.No toiletry items at front desk. Desk unattended alot

Room size, decor and amenities

no microwave in room. Had to go down to lobby to heat up food, very inconvenient

That it allowed pets. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The bed was comfortable.

No coffee the first day until 9:30. I was gone by then. Room was dirty and there was no tissue. No food, only coffee. No milk or soy, only carnation flavored bottle.

Nothing Everything was totally a disaster with the bath tub filthy and constantly leaking and no hot water for a shower in the morning and though promised a room change, we did not receive it for 5 days UNBELIEVABLE

the Breakfast Hostess was so amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure the breakfast was great. She remembered my best friend and I from two years prior.

I wish there were more options for people who do not eat pork (i.e. turkey sausage).

Everything exceeded our expectations. This is the best Hampton Inn I've ever used! The room had a very good layout, huge Counter in the bathroom and a nice size shower with bench seat. We even had towel animals in our room. Breakfast was amazing.

Cleanliness of public areas.

Very nice, polite , & professorial staff. Even the housekeepers!

The staff isn't allowed to make any adjustments to rooms which includes cancelling them also.

The room was OK.

They didn't clean the room the first day. The refrigerator is small.
