Hampton Inn Houston Hobby Airport

The gentleman who checked us in had great customer service and sense of humor. Room was clean.

Wish price was a little lower when you stay more than one night.

Staff at check in was extremely proficient and friendly during my late arrival. Kudos to staff!

No airport shuttle.

The hot tub wasn?t working and the pool didn?t look clean.

I booked 2 nights. I wasn?t told I needed to request my room to be cleaned. Plus, I didn?t like I had to ask for more towels.

Clean and Nice

Half the parking lights did not work, very limited breakfast.

It was clean, especially the bathroom was nice and clean.

The staff apparently thought my guest was the primary person on the account and wanted to charge me for parking. I told him he should've asked my guest ID and also verified with me before doing that. Anyway, it was all sorted out.

The room was decent and carpet appeared to be new which was a plus.

The bathroom was could have been cleaned better especially corners. Housekeeping staff didn?t understsnd English or I was ignored

The "breakfast" was unappealing. Surveyed it and passed. Went to nearby Denny's instead. Very disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. '

The location to Hobby was excellent. Stephanie did her best to accomodate due to the lack of management competency prior to her shift. Not enough characters below...was charged for parking. $12. not aware in prior documentation until I saw my cc chg.

2 rms bookd. Checked in, went to rooms, 1 of them was not cleaned, towels used, bed unmade. Stephanie was left a mess with rm checkins done prior to her shift. She chgd our rm and that room was occupied by someone else...3rd room was ok. Unkn prkg chg.

Everything was very good, only thing I didn¿t like was they charged $12 a day for Parking on an open parking lot with NO type of security.

You have to pay $15.00. Per night. To stay There.

It was very close to the airport. The staff was very nice.

The room a/c unit appeared to be recently replaced. Although it cooled the air, it made the air super-moist. It felt like an evaporative cooler instead of an a/c. It was so moist that a couple of pills actually melted. The area didn't seem very safe.

Checked in and when opened door to room, it was never cleaned. I was given new room, when in that room, someone walked in to room. It seems same room was assigned to other party that had key to room.

Seems like the room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It needs a deep cleaning. Shower was dated.

Nothing. This hotel was a disaster. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone that I know. When we arrived we called the hotel for a shuttle - after waiting for 45 minutes we paid for two taxis. The room was gross and the floor stained red.

The staff was rude, with one exception. The general manager incompetent. And the hotel disgusting. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel never arrived. The hotel front desk ordered a four person shuttle on 4 separate occasions for our party of 8.

they never had towels the land scape outside was the woriest the grass was up to my waist line and im 5'2 the room had a stitch. They pool was out of order the food was horrible. 1 of the worst hotel I ever been to so disappointed
