Best Western Cy-Fair

The front desk was dressed in jeans, T-shirt and had head wrap. No welcoming smiles or greeting just a flat , no smiles, rude and lazy approach felt like who cares if you stay or if you go. So we left. Construction on building was disappointing.

The fact that there was hot breakfast.

None of the exterior doors could gain you access to the hotel except the front. Blinds broken, TV broken, elevator needs inspection, this hotel should be closed until renovation is complete

The breakfast area was clean and the food was of a quality I expected. When our first assigned room was extremely smelly, the staff was helpful getting us into another room.

Fire exits blocked. Tons of dead cockroaches in the stairwell. Foul order in the hallway and first room assigned. Poor water pressure in the shower. Elevator was FILTHY. The buttons were CAKED with something. It was clear it hadn't been wiped in weeks.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Hampton should be ashamed their name is attached to this location.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. They claim they are renovating but I find that hard to believe. My room was deplorable. Big gap underneath door. Duct tap around shower. Cracks in the wall. Paper blinds. I did NOT feel safe at all.

They have a complimentary breakfast.

They were under construction. The room I was in he not been redone and was falling apart. Bathroom had mold, but I didn¿t notice until the last day. It housed me which is what I needed but I don¿t know if I would come back to this one.

Location was convenient to places I needed to go while in the city. The breakfast was good (my grandson was looking for the Texas waffles and they had them)

I prepaid for 2 queen beds and when I checked in was told they didn't have any but had a king size bed. If I wanted a King bed I would have booked it in the beginning. So the kids had to sleep in the bed with us. Not a good nights sleep.

Staff was nice

Rooms smelled horrible, mold all over the bathroom. Room was also missing a large sofa as described in room details. We had to check out after 1 night on this 2 night booking.

We got in the room and TV didn't work, they came around 10 minutes to fix it, we went out to eat came back and TV didn't work again, didn't call we were going to bed any way

Plenty of parking because there was hardly anyone else there.

My moving trucks were burglarized during my stay. Staff said there was security when we checked in but the day staff said there was no security. The day staff would not even check the cameras to help with the investigation.

It was a Hampton Inn.

We request our room to be clean and it wasn't. We paid for a 3 night stay and not once was our room cleaned. Unless we hear from Hampton Inn concerning this matter we will no longer use Hampton Inn. This is totally

My car was covered by black ants I had to spray my car down with ant spray. Vacuum my which I had detailed before going on my trip. The room had big water bugs. I will never stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean carpets, clean breakfast area in the morning, room had plenty of storage space if needed, comfy bed.

Unfortunately our door had a hard time shutting. We had to push really hard to get it closed all the way. The pillows weren't very comfortable either and the shower curtain didn't seem to fit to be able to close all the way.

The blinds were broken. The front desk people were constantly not available.

I did not like anything.....if I would of known it was old and rundown there is no way I would of booked it....

Old hotel....needs updating....will definitely not be back
