Hampton Inn Houston I-10W Energy Corridor

The room was damp and reeked of mold. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but ultimately we checked out after one night due to the odor.

Breakfast,location and parking lot fenced in. front desk friendly and accommodating

Air conditioner very very noisy, interrupted sleep

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Blinds did not operate properly. Elevator would break down.

Rooms had everything we needed

No air down stairs and the breakfast is horrible.

Convenient to interstate. Clean, competitive price. Lengthy breakfast hours (I think 6am - 10am on weekdays)

Breakfast options weren't bad, but I've had better at similar class hotels.

No a/c in common areas, only one elevator worked

Manager on duty that afternoon we were there. She was arguing with another guest about an issue they were having and she was way off base on her approach to how she handled the situation.

The bathroom was dirty. The fridge did not cool properly. The air condition & much of the interior of the room was very outdated. The pillows were small.

I was falsely blamed for leaving a bathroom a mess, first off I called the front desk when the toilet would not flush urine, the guy told us to get a plunger from housekeeping, the lady said she did not have one. We called front desk back he said come dow

Breakfast was gross, room was OK, carpet was dirty. Ac in the room made everything feel damp.

Appeared to be a newly remodeled Hampton Inn. They had done a great job. Still an older hotel but very comfortable.

Room smell was molded,tub was slippery and carpet felt wet!

Bathroom had a bad smell to it...smelled like backed up pipes.The smell never went away.On the other hand best front desk Lady EVER!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!! I WILL COME BACK ONLY BECAUSE OF HER!

How clean the room was. And location

I didn¿t like that I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in because there was nobody at the front desk. I even called the phone number listed , no one answered.

Once I Arrive there I had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to even get checked in. There was no one at the desk to greet or check me in. Once I got checked in the Room smelled of mole and very Stuffy. I decided to leave within an hour of being there.

Had a horrible smell, of mole and stuffy. Didn¿t like that there wasn¿t anyone at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to check it.

location. easy access to neighborhood and park to walk, easy access (1 exit ) to sam houston tollway.

water never was real hot. just warm. I provided feedback at checkout to see if they might address it.

Under renovations for some flood damage. Lots of construction made parking tight.

Despite the water being off from 10-4, the staff made every accommodation and was very apologetic of us not being notified earlier. They were very sweet and overall our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

There was some construction going on, which we were not aware of, but everyone was polite and courteous, as they worked around us in the hallways.
