I liked the location and the breakfast.

The purpose of the parking fee. This will keep me from ever staying there again.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. $29 parking fee. One gate to the parking lot did not work and only one elevator worked.

Room had a water leak and had to be moved. Bathrooms in terrible shape (wallpaper, furniture, door). Toilets are entirely too low…and I am short! Parking $29/day…ridiculous! They have owned that property for 30 years and it used to be free.

Rooms smell musty, elevators and hallways smell like weed. Carpet in rooms is dirty, furniture is old, wallpaper in bathroom is peeling off.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was good too!

Cost of parking is excessive. And the young lady at check in needs to check her attitude and remember she is in customer service.

The room is stinky, and the carpet is sticky, with hair on a chair.

There was a $29 parking fee. It was not mentioned clearly on the webpage. It was a fine print. I could have booked a different hotel if I knew. I wish my fee is refunded.

I like how the breakfast times and that the checkout time is around noon

I hated Shampoo/conditioner. I condition my hair first & then shampoo. I did that and my hair was very sticky & stiff. So I did shampoo first & Then conditioner which had the same impact my hair was stiff and sticky. felt like my hair was pretzel.

Rude staff. Only one elevator working resulting in a long wait. Gave me a non working room key costing me another 15 minutes to go back down and wait again in line and for elevator.

The cleanliness , it was a great location . Staff was friendly! They als had welcome with yr name on the television

Happy employees at front desk mark staff is great, his assistant is great. They provide great service ! Their both Great for this location !

Parking fees, expensive ! Repeat customers should not be charged

$29 for parking & $40 deposit never mention prior to arrival.

I liked the location, since we were in town to spend a day at MD Anderson. The staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.

I didn't like having to pay extra money to park my truck in your garage. The breakfast buffet items were not hot, and no way to warm anything up.

Charging to park, they have an open lot and then a gated lot. They charged for the open lot per day. I moved to another hotel that doesn't charge. Also, staff is not capable of the job. Key didnt work and then someone was already in that room.

Mold in the room. Bathroom was not clean. Lost power and no water, no lights, no Ac.

My room was across from the laundry room and starting at 6am the door was constantly slamming ..
