Hampton Inn By Hilton Houston Near The Galleria

The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was yummy with many options--excellent proteins and the sweet treats I was craving too. I was nicely surprised to find bananas and boiled eggs along with a sugar free juice option!

Can you believe the hot water in the bath was too hot--I had to fill the tub and let it cool off a bit. I didn't mind as I had stayed at a different hotel chain and could not get hot water in the tub/shower--this was a wonderful problem to have ;-) LOL

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the property was very convenient. Housekeeping staff is amazing for providing a clean room to come back to at the end of the day.

Nothing is good So noisy hotel there some machines working 24 hours without stopping And people next to door are so low class Sometimes really scary you feel not safe

They charge me for parking 20$ a day !!!

The location was great and safe. The staff was suped sweet. All the cleaning staff would greet you in the hallway as well.

There were lizards in our room at night!

The carpet could use cleaning but overall the room was fine and what I would expect from any hotel.

I booked a refundable booking, when I changed what I needed, Hampton only gave me $40 for the second night I wasn't going to be able to stay, which is well under any room cost they charge for any room, any time of the year. This told me Hampton isn't actually interested in their guests and I should look elsewhere when staying in that area of Houston.

Location is really good! Walk distance from target, short distance from Brazilian Consulate and restaurants. I was there with my family for only one night but I wish I could stay longer. It’s a really good place, hard to find those in us!

Good hotel, new furniture, overall looks like a real hotel, parking area, hot breakfast, nice people inside. Good location

Paid parking, breakfast was hot, but nobody hurry up to refill food, so potato and bacon was finished quickly... Small bottle of water costs 3$. No water bottles in the room. In the morning we were checking out the room was cleaned like we already checked out about 2 times when we leaved hotel by our business :-) Also it was no water at time we should check out. It was shortage of water in the whole hotel.
