The guest representatives are nice

The breakfast, the homeless outside, the people stealing, the parking lot, the cameras don’t work

Clean and quiet

Staff is rude and try to act like they control you

Offered hot breakfast.

Dirty, smelled moldy and smoked out. People standing outside the front door doing illegal activities. A mess.

I like that they get four pillows on the bed and they had a lot of towels and the hot water was good

The location, the area is sketchy and the front desk staff in the morning is rude and incompetent

It is very quiet. Close to my job until new apartment is ready

Very rarely did I see staff at front desk and room smell like smoke all the time

Tv didn't work, AC not adjustable, MW didn't work....door fob battery dead!!

Poor maintenance of the building, bad cleanliness, smelly and low cost breakfast

I like how big the TV was and the soft bed

There was trash in the microwave from previous room occupants and trash on the side tables

Dirty elevator Roaches waiting to get in. Dead Roaches on wall in restroom. Bagged breakfasts.

The bed was semi comfortable.

Accidentally left suitcase in elevator, went back to get 3 min. later and someone had dug through. Next to strip club and scum. Employees were unfriendly/unhelpful. Floor we were on smelled like weed. Room ac didn¿t work right. Worst experience

Broken lock on door

The room was clean.

Elevator was very slow, only one of the two was working. No breakfast as advertised. Adult (strip joint) right in front of the hotel with "ladies of the night" outdoors, some "ladies" going in and out of the hotel were dressed like they worked next door.

Location, tv didnt work, elevator is very slow, some plugs didn¿t work to charge my phone and watch

Bed was very comfortable.

The room REEKED of smoke, like a motel. Most hotels manage to combat this issue but not Quality Inn. Also, remotes never work, and one elevator is permanently broken.

The location was convenient. The breakfast each morning was also nice.

The area doesn¿t seem like the safest. The hotel claims to be 100% non-smoking but there was obviously smoking going on on our floor.

I liked and always have enjoyed my stay at this hotel, people are very pleasant, it always is very clean and breakfast is fantastic. Love the coffee.

Close to interstate

The air wasn¿t working right, one of the elevators didn¿t work. The workers didn¿t seem to know what they were doing. The room smelled like it had been smoked in. It didn¿t feel clean. I don¿t normally leave bad reviews but wasn¿t impressed

The breakfast we delicious and had a good variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had a massive chunk ripped out of the carpet, a black stain running down the wall, and paint chipped everywhere. The final straw was when I was woken up in the middle of the night by a scratching/scraping coming from the headboard.

This hotel is not pet friendly as stated in the online search. I was told this after a 7 hr drive & arriving at 1am. They put me next door at the Luxury Inn. That motel had a stench in the bathroom that no amount of spray helped, activity all night, dirty
