not a big fan of most of the front desk staff-not very accommodating and some just a bit rude. Wish there was coffee and hot water available 24/7 like the Tru we stayed at in Phoenix the night before.

Staff was extremely nice

There was no hot water on first morning but staff gave us complimentary breakfast and parking. The staff definitely made up for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

King bed only for 4 travelers... no roll away bed available... we were stuck in broken elevator ÃÂ°ÃÂ¸ÃÂÃ¢ÂÂ¢

The room was beautiful, and the arrangement of furniture was great.

The staff wasn't always knowledgeable because they are training -- this is a hospitality school. The wait staff in the restaurant didn't seem to know they needed to look around to see if their table of diners needed anything.

I don't have to stay in hotels very often, but this hotel, the Hilton at the University of Houston, was one of the best i've ever stayed in. It was truly wonderful, so wonderful that i didn't feel like going to my doctor's appointment the next day.

rooms were very nice.

1 of 3 elevators were out of service when i checked in. all 3 elevators were were out of service the next morning.

So noisey on friday and saturday. Finally at 2 in the morning i called the corporate office. Absolutely no rest.
