The staff was polite and helpful when I needed anything.

There was a strange smell in the room, probably the carpet. Otherwise, the room was fine. The breakfast wasn't great. Most of the hot food was barely hot.

there was a plastic can holder left behind by previous residents. That means, the room was not properly cleaned.

VERY CLEAN,WELL ORGANIZED,HAD A SOCIAL HOUR WITH BEER,WINE AND FOOD. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. This hotel was clean, the location was perfect for us, even the breakfast was good. The service was exceptional.

Hallways and gym smelled bad, room had minor odor too. This is very old place and not maintained at all. AC didn't work for hours and we had to change the room.

It was in a good area and the staff was friendly

There was little bugs crawling around on the night stand and on the remote. This made me really uncomfortable because I didn¿t know where the bugs was coming from and I what they were.

I made this reservation for a family member. When they went to check in, hotel staff told them the room had not been paid for. The confirmation number was given and still refused to let them check in. As a result they had to find another hotel to stay in.

The toilet is too close to the door. Will not give weekly or monthly rate/discounts. I wanted to say a month but no reasonable deal was offered, only offered to remove tax.

Very confortable room, good spaces, living, dining, kitchen room and bathroom. Good shape apliances.

I did not stay at this hotel....I want a refund.

I did not check into this hotel at all and would NEVER STAY in the future. When I pulled up to the hotel there was a large group of people (very loud) in the parking lot hanging out and did not feel comfortable staying getting out of my car.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. They gave us a business card at check in if we were to get lost we could call.

The room backed up to a building that was being build and they started working on a SATURDAY morning and woke us up at 7AM. Sunday morning we were going to sleep in but housekeeping walked in without knocking at 8AM. You had to pay tolls to go anywhere.

I love how spacious the room was, reminded me of a 2 bedroom apartment.
