my location was good!! I always stay here
I stayed for a weekend!! Maid service was horrible!! Front desk workers didn't solve the issue !! Asked for clean towels!! There were none in the building!! Talked to Regional Manager, He didn't resolve the issue either!

Staff is nice, location is great. Rooms were clean
Breakfast wasn’t yummy. I stayed for 5 days and never got my room serviced. Jacuzzi was cold, snacks from concierge store was not appetizing. Gym has older equipment, was hard to figure out

Staff was contagious and professional. Breakfast was very good and great presentation. Rooms were clean.
The pool spa needs attention, and that's the reason why I didn't give it a 10.

The beds were comfy but the whole place just felt a kind of "musty". It had a wet towel smell to it. Staff was friendly, but the hotel was not updated. Location was good.
