they had fans all over the lobby...not sure what they were trying to dry out. the worst thing was you had to pay for parking, even though it was not a closed parking garage

The staff was very friendly!

The water did get hot at all! I complained and nothing was done. The bathroom are not updated.

Our Room was fabulous

Unfortunately, we stayed in the 6th floor at first gave us an occupied room then we almost got stuck in the elevator. Only one working the following morning had to take the stairs with our luggage down due to elevators, not working then me with a bad knee

Only one elevator was working the whole weekend that we were at the hotel, so everyone had a longer wait to get to their rooms.

Our room was not cooling, the water in the shower had a consistent drip that would not stop. Very annoying to hear all nighy

Yes I booked a 2 bed in the room. And the hotel only had a room with 1 king bed which was a inconvenience for me.

I?m obsessed with Embassy?s! The free reception and the free fresh made breakfast is the best!!

I wish they had smart TV?s.

The breakfast, the bed and they graciously allowed us to extend our checkout.

The hotel room smelled like sewage. The furniture is old and broken. The sofa bed wouldn't open and the mattress is ripped.

I like the embassy chain and the amenities this chain offers

We had a great stay. We enjoyed our room, king with separate living room. The complimentary breakfast was top notch with an omelet bar. We?ll look to stay here again.

I can¿t say I liked much, I usually always use the Embassy but this one was very disappointing unfortunately.

The room smelled molded and wet. Overnight staff was rude. The fire alarms kept going off waking my young children up between 2am-3am which made them scared and smelled like smoke through out the night.

I was not aware that ALL rooms have had dogs in them. My kids and my allergies were going off and I asked for a room change which is when I found out that theres nothing they could do, all rooms have had animals. They wouldnt do anything about it.

The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

One of the 2 elevators was not working. Parking was an additional charge.

The hotel lobby is so nice along with the bar/eating area. we spent most of our free time there as the rooms are grungy. furniture & carpet stained and could really use an update. bedding was clean though.

the one elevator that was working was scary and stairs not easily accessible.
