Room was dirty the front desk clerk was rude because I got the room for 40 dollars and said this want happen again. That was too cheap and couldn't check in until after 3 but check in said 2 pm that was why I got it

It was very clean the first day, but they didn’t clean after the second day, and didn’t have new towels nor made the bed after the third day

I had people knocking at my door in the middle of the night asking if I had drugs to share. I saw them going door by door after I told them to go away.

I lost my wedding ring in the room. Couldn't find it. Asked the staff to look out for it

It was clean, check-in went smoothly, and the location is great.

For two guests there were only two very small bath towels. The shower head sprays in a really unpleasant way, and shouldn't be installed so low (I am of average height and the shower head was below my face). Also, not enough pillows.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable room with a nice shower and bed.

Construction made it almaost impossible to find. Tv didnt work. Morning front desk clerk was rude. Breakfast was not good. Business c e nter useless

Nothing. Actually rating would be 0, but no option to do that

1.Worst crowd. Not at all for family. Saw things which should be illegal. Hope everyone understands what i mean. 2. Horrible staff and general manager. Tried speaking to general manager few times to explain issues there, but he banged the phone.

A mistake to stay here.. I will not return.

I was on the first floor.

I was looking forward to taking a long bath but there was only a walk in shower cuz I got the handicap room. I wasn't aloud to take breakfast back to my room.

some of hotel clerks were great some okay, and there were two that were not so terrific.

2 of the clerks, plus and the hotel is as close to a major freeway is as literally possible and the air was filthy and toxic, because of the closeness of the freeway

Location and the clean room

I was charged several different fees for haveing 2 Kidd in the room and a pet.since I was not prepared for these extra cost bestowed upon me.
