Pros +

Location and price, sadly if the service was better and the place cleaner it may have been a pleasant stay. Room had roaches, smoke smell and burn marks on the counters. The shower also wouldn't stop leaking.
Location

Cons -

There were roaches. They are using the place as a shelter. Several people appeared to be drug addicts/mentally ill. Staff including the manager was rude. Kitchenette with no dishes or pots. No cleaning and 1 roll of toilet paper for your entire stay.
The door to the laundry didn't work. So much trash in parking lot. Wouldn't give an extra roll of toilet paper.
Tiene cucarachas.
