Smell. Cleanliness. Old and worn down. Noise level. They kept my deposit with no explanation and I broke no rules

Damages in the rm, missing or ill replaced items such remote, non working TV, one working lamp, holes in the walls, missing outlet covers. No AC. Non working elevator.

Near destination point.

No housekeeping. No smoke alarm in room. Hotel room had a repugnant unidentifiable odor. Front desk staff not at all friendly, virtually unaccomadotaing. Hotel guests moreless residents of the lowest class of very sad, unpleasant people.

Nothing!!!!

Horrible customer service I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool but you can't even swim in it the water is green there were people outside the lobby drinking I will never return to this hotel it should be shut down

It had a decent bed and the air conditioner worked.

The check-in system is dated and the overall process was slow. Staff were unorganized and don¿t answer the front desk phone. The elevator didn¿t work. The shower did not have hot water. Lights were broken/ the furniture was not put together properly.

Roaches. Rude staff members. Will not apply full refund even though they told me they would. Left due to roach infestation

There was really nothing I liked about the hotel. The elevators were broken had to use stairs and was on the 4th floor even after telling them I was disabled and it was extremely painful for me to go up and down them. Rooms were out dated kinda dirty look

The shower water stunk didn't feel clean clean entire time there, toliet was clogged and tv only worked few channels and they would go in and out, they did not have breakfast like advertised

Yes no cable t.v old heating and air conditioning unit and no hot water the morning I left and no remote control for the television

Great location and great price.

No masks were enforced or required while mask mandate was in effect. Most staff members and hotel guests did not wear a mask and they were not asked to wear one. The room and hotel was filthy in many aspects. Too many negatives to list. It was appalling!

unsafe neighborhood. Shady guests. Terrible security. There was a man that was harassing me in the lobby and the staff had to ask him to leave and he kept coming back obviously in a threatening manner. Instead of calling the police like they should have

Unlike the rest of the building, the room was very comfortable and clean although quite dated and there were no bedside lamps. The ac worked and the bed was good. The shower was terrible. For --- dollars, in Houston... this was pretty good I guess 🤷

The building is in nearly complete disrepair.The grounds are overgrown.The carpets and walls are filthy.Everything appears to be broken or neglected.Bags of trash line the hallways and litter the stairwells like an NYC tenement building of the 1970's.

Nothing at all they didn’t have a a computer to even look up my reservation

The staff was horrible the rooms were disgusting saw at least 5 brown roaches in the room

It was nothing to write home about.

The desk clerk didn't have our reservation, said he'd have to see if he had a room available. Initially, gave a room with a King, not the 2 doubles requested. Let me look at three rooms and decide which I wanted. Seemed disorganized and not capable.

The stay was just ok, I didn''t feel too comfortable there but had no other place available that weekend so it was fine for what it was but theres ads things that need to be updated like the towels and showers and the toilet was really low to the floo

Close to highway

The staff was almost rude. Got on to my roommate about going outside to smoke. He had trouble sleeping and since smoking wasnt allowed in the hotel he went outside. He wasnt making any noise or bothering other guests.

The TV.

Many things: there were roaches in my room, and I was woken up at 5 AM by other guests shouting and arguing in the hallway. The staff should ensure that this does not happen again (i.e. tighten up your security!)

Stale. Smelt. Coffee pot but no coffee or cups. No tissues. Toilet loose on floor. Control knob missing on ac unit.

Pool didn't work. They told us they fixed it and my kids got in it and it slimy and nasty so they got right back out. Two different guys at the desk lied about price and my card was charged twice for two different prices. The room had a bad odor

Every one was friendly. The room.was spacious.

The room had dirty. Utinsils in the drawers.
