It was clean, and the staff is very nice! It’s a good and safe location.

Had clean rooms, staff were accommodating

Smell was very strong in the hallways of cleaning product, like headache strong. Next to a busy road so loud motorcycles.

This is the best value in Houston! The room was beautiful and the property was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and professional, even when I accidentally overslept. The room and bathroom were small, but the price was unbeatable!

I wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

I used to very much enjoy this hotel and location, but since being bought and changing names, I find that each time I return the quality gets poorer and poorer. This time a room riddled with mites and missing any toiletries, and connected to another room.

The staff are very helpful and respectful the cooks in the kitchen have the breakfast well prepared keep fresh food out I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning

The location is great

I had a dirty room but was moved to a different room.

The price was very affordable. I wasn't expecting a whole lot because the price was so cheap. The breakfast was great and better than most of the big brands. Room was very clean and everything felt fairly modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It can't be a little noisy being next to the highway, which is common.

We never received room service, even after asking multiple times. We had to call multiple times for towels. There was hair all in the bathroom from previous occupants

The front desk person was about the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He was giving his email address to what was clearly a man he was interested in. Well, he ignored customers standing there to walk over and watch the guy walk out

Most unprofessional behavior I¿ve ever seen from a hotel. The front desk clerk, Todd even had the nerve to use profanity. would never stay here again

The location was perfect.

The lobby is misleading as to what the actual room looks like. It was old and outdated.

Nothing the staff were unwilling to work with me and I end up losing out on my money and couldnt even check into the room and they wouldnt refund me!

I'm all for security, but this property has focused their accent spot lights to shine directly in customers' faces at POS points. You are treated to blinding light directly in your eyes when checking in and when ordering in the bistro.

I did not care for the flippant way the staff blew off the discomfort the bright lights caused while checking in. The fellow working at the bistro at least dimmed the lights when I complained which was nice of him. Invest in quality security cameras!

This place is a dump

Car was broken into sitting less than 30 feet from the security guard. There are only cameras on the front door of the building so no security footage. 2 other cars were also broken into the sams night. Staff was slow, lazy and overall rude.

Nice clean hotel at a great price. Highly recommend.

Restaurant is overly expensive (small muffin for $6).

Although the hotel wasn't matching the pictures that I saw online. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Gilbert did an amazing job not only running the front desk but also recommending some nice restaurant to grab a bite from.

The cleanliness and size of the room. Also, that even though the area looked a little rough the hotel was very nice.

No real breakfast options just light snacks at the Starbucks inside.
