It was a roof over my head

Lots. No toilet paper, some lamps in room didn't have working light bulbs. No remote for TV, wasn't that clean, roaches.

Easy check in, microwave and mini fridge in the room, AC worked very well

No continental breakfast or coffee. No vending machinesjust an ice machine, peeling wallpaper and chipping paint throughout the common areas. Hot tub and pool only open 10-10 but check out is 11a. Hot tub looked green like algae built up

The availability, location, and price .

They show as serving breakfast but we were informed that they had stopped serving breakfast 2 months back. They need to update their website.

Our first room has some issues with the toilet flushing. Room was changed immediately. Second room had issues with a sucked toilet we discovered in the middle of the night. Outside pool was so dirty, so we didn't try it. No breakfast, even stated.

It was cheap.

Everything. The sheets looked stained, the bathroom floor was sticky, the shower was filthy and it smelled.

Room itself was good and staff was excellent. If the bathroom was better it would be an easy recommend, but...

The bathroom was nasty. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom door warped and split and rust/stains on the tub and toilet plus the shower/tub was exceedingly slippery and dangerous. Breakfast hours ended way to early for a Sunday.

Easy parking and fast check in

The building smells old and elevator smells bad. People hanging in the front of the building looking homeless or something. A little ghetto

They advertise breakfast but they do not serve breakfast the WiFi sucks the room is not clean the lights in the hotel room went out they barely have any channels for you to watch I feared for my life the area is horrible

First I thought it was close to any convenient stores but instead it¿s not what I expected.. and second it has a smell when I first walk in and as I checked it I waited for like an hour which is not supposed to be because I have played my room already.

Third the smell had become more strong and when I went in the room the tv and the phone is not working and the wifi sucks and mainly they over charge me without me knowing then I receive a notification that they have charge two of forty and a two of 50..

A/C actually worked in the room

Everything. Dirty outside, trash in the lobby, trash in the halls. I had to fix the toilet myself to make it flush. Dust bunnies hanging out of vents. Couch broken. Smelled like weed. Homeless person sitting on my car when I left.

After checking in I start having signs of a stroke. I told the hotel staff at front desk I had to go to ER. I was checked into hospital for a stroke. Released from hospital July 6, 4 DAYS later. Was not allowed acrefung though I wasn't able to stay

It¿s been 11 days haven¿t received my deposit back to my account.When I first check in to my room for some reason they gave me Disability room.This room the ac wasn¿t working. Coffee maker in restrooms .I wouldn¿t book again here ever.

Hauled our things to 3 rooms until we found 1 w/working a/c & ceiling fan.Told after check-in that they had no breakfast & that I should have called to confirm.11-11:45am Fire alarm went off twice then desk clerk knocked for us to check out. &Again@12:05

The male staff was very disrespectful and rude knocked on door and rushed me out at 1030am .

The room was big and bed comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and very nice.

The room was big and comfortable but there was a smell to it that kept bothering me threw out the night.The bathroom not very big plus the water also had smell,kind off vile smell to it. The outside looked dull but once inside it looked very nice.

The customer service when checking in. There was a young man there who goes by Q. He was very helpful and answered any question I had. He was very genuine and made my kids and me feel at home.

Cleanliness. The carpet was stained and we found some nail polish by the side of the bed.

The staff are rude incompetent and unprofessional.

Staff member at front desk very rude wouldn't even greet me at check the check in window stayed seated in her chair in front computer so it made it hard to hear and communicate with her
