Price, location, comfy bed and pillows, modern decor, breakfast was amazing!
It was clean and the staff were kind. We encountered 2 problems. Hot water was a real issue as we literally had to let the water run for 10 mins to get any hot water. Then the water pressure fluctuated from hot to cold.
Best hotel in Houston for a 3 star hotel!!! Very clean room, strong shower and wonderful people.

Cons -

No major problems
It?s dated There is not one usb charger in the room So make sure u come with a wall charger and not just your cable
The problems with hot water and the walls are thin. We were woke up at midnight with noisey incoming neighbors who continued it for over 1 1/2 hrs

Nice and clean and the parking lot lights turned night into day. Also, I liked the soap and shampoo and conditioner was luxury almost. Room Layout was nice nice. Breakfast was adequate

Location was a little far but highway was close by to get where one needed to be.

Customer service was great! Always a smiling face to greet you. The hotel was very clean! Even during breakfast there was someone there making sure things were clean.

Location was excellent. Room was spacious and pretty clean.

Minor cleanliness (shower had spots of mildew) and repairs (bedside light and phone not working, water draining slowly in sink, crack along door panel) that needs attention.

Our room was filthy. It wasn't ready when we were there, and the ceiling was being extensively patched. Our bathroom ceiling had a massive leak possibly from the above floor. It was disgusting and we were not allowed to switch rooms. Very disappointed.

My truck was stolen right out front. I'm not sure how that even happens at a nice looking hotel like this, other than possibly someone at the hotel turning their back while it happened... I'll never stay there again. I was definitely targeted.

Room was exactly what I needed. Nice desk area for work, mini fridge(no freezer), and microwave.

The air conditioning struggled to maintain temperature settings. Room never dropped below 71ÃÂÃÂ° at night. Carpet wasn't clean and could use a good deep cleaning. Indoor pool closed due to COVID.
