Staff not very friendly.. admitting person was on her personal phone texting-3 different times before she even acknowledged me.. yet she was standing in front of me. I had to call and ask where the ice machine was.. what the WiFi password , time of breakf

The bed was very uncomfortable. Each morning that I awoke my back was hurting.
Room was clean, updated, and comfortable. We enjoyed our down time, and was able to relax.
Due to the hurricane, the entire first floor is currently being remodeled. There was no kitchen or bar area, so the "continental breakfast" of cereal, fruit, coffee, etc. was in a room on the second floor. We knew this going in, so it wasn't a big deal.

The air conditioner was very noisy and there are no restaurants in the vicinity.
We loved the modern decor. Very clean and staff was very accommodating and generous. Breakfast was awesome!! Pool was perfect for the kiddos. Staff was available at 2pm to give us complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste! Beds are super comfortable
If there was a jacuzzi that would be nice also.
Hotel seemed very new and clean. Nice modern decor. Beautiful lobby, bar and pool area with fire pit.
Only complaint was that I had called ahead and asked for a crib in our room and it wasn't there when we got in there. Wasn't a big deal. I wish there would've been a tub too so I could've bathed my daughter, but we were only there one night. No biggie.
That the house keeper walk in does not give people chances to get up when it?s not even time to check out and that a lawsuit for invading the person privacy
My hotel room was cool. It had a stale smell that I really disliked the entire time.
