Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful with many healthy options.

Breakfast food

No parking enough, the blankets smell to strong to bleach

Comfortable bed and adequate breakfast. Staff was helpful and attentive, even late at night.

Below expectation, worse than La Quinta or Hilton Garden Inn. Room, furniture, bathroom all very old and unpleasant to use.

The hotel closed due to Beryl but nobody updated the customer for canceling the reservation. Have to book another hotel after arriving there.

The security was a joke! Our truck was stolen from the parking lot. We were parked next to the side door.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It had lots of choices and the hours was perfect.

The staff was not able to help use the business center. I needed to print 2 pages for the trade show and the staff has no clue how to use the computer or printer in business center. The hot tub looks like it needs cleaned and repaired. It was disappointed

Location to IKEA

Room AC did not work properly too hot. Elevator broken n. No ice in ice machines. Pool under tepair

The breakfast was good, the only thing better would have been real oatmeal! The staff was very nice. I ran late the day of my check out, and they didn't give me a hard time!

There were a few little "gnats" or fruit flies in my room, which was a bit annoying. And the bathtub faucet had a leak (the water didn't divert from shower head when I turned off, leaked on the floor for several hours!)

Location is good. Close to a lot of main Houston attractions. The room was comfortable. The room was cleaner than what I expected. It was also cleaner than most other Hotels. Free breakfast options were good. Offered a variety of breakfast options.

Wish there would¿ve been a better coffee creamer selection. Not pleased about having to leave a $50 deposit that takes several days to clear from the bank account. A better selection of food items to purchase at the Hotel would be nice.

The hot tub did not work - freezing cold. Did not have a sign stating does not work. Elevator was raggedy, had only one luggage cart so when we were trying to get our luggage out before check out had to make several trips. Heater looked like never cleaned

The location near the freeway was ideal. The breakfast was well stocked and the hotel was clean overall.

The noise level in the rooms when people are walking around on the floor above, and the noise transfer from the hallway and adjacent rooms is worse than any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. It was too loud!

Workers were friendly

Our room had a huge bug. We had a false fire alarm at 3am. The second elevator stopped working and wasn¿t repaired. The smell of pit was terrible.

Heated indoor pool was excellent. We had a great time with the kids in the pool. Awesome hot breakfast buffet. Food was excellent.

The hotel had a decent breakfast with more options than just cold cereal and bagels which was nice. The wifi was fast and reliable. While maintenance of the property was a bit lacking, it was at least clean.

Calling this a Galleria area hotel is generous. It's in a very different atmosphere of the city than one would expect from a Galleria property. Pool is still closed down without much notice before booking. Staff wasn't helpful. Property in disrepair.

The location was prefect for the event I attended. Food and shops all around it or within a short drive. The breakfast was ok. Better than nothing, I guess. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location.

The men's restroom in the lobby was horrible. There was toilet paper all over the floor and the toilet was filled.

Besides not being in the location we requested, the hotel was nasty. There was stuff splattered on the walls, The bathroom was dirty, the breakfast area was nasty, there was a fowl odor throughout the hotel and when I said something about it, dismissed

Everything but especially location

The hotel staff was very rude! I called the hotel before arriving to ask a question about pet policy. When I checked in, the man said something opposite of what we were told. When I told him, he called me a liar and said no one would tell me that.
