Best Western Plus Downtown Inn & Suites

We loved the location. So close to the Downtown Aquarium, Minute Made Park, Bad Astronaut Brewing, and other great restaurants. The breakfast was clutch, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and great for my daughter.

The pool was super cold, but I am sure during the summer months it is perfect.

Front desk host - really helpful and positive. Food/drink spot on good. Comfortable bed, and clean room. Will stay there again if in town.

This hotel is tucked away in Midtown and is super affordable. The rooms are huge, the a/c is cold and the breakfast is good. Really terrific staff.

Unfortunately on the first night we had to change rooms three times. Our last room change was at 1am due to the fact the front desk informed us that our current room would be getting window repair the next morning.

The location was close to the venue we had concert tickets to. The staff was amazing and exceeded our expectations. They were very kind and personable. We will be back at this hotel for our next trip to Houston!

Great staff from front desk to housekeeping. Very comfortable beds, and very convenient location.

Noisy... water/flush sound from adjacent bathrooms, walking steps noise etc. Same breakfast everyday

Evening/night noise due to bar/club very near it. The staff said it was new. Lots of hall way noise/ the floor above had lots of noise- bowling ball? Very poor insulation.

The hot breakfast, nice modern lobby and the size of the jacuzzi.

The mattress on the sofa bed need to be put in the trash full of urine stains. Somebody hair on the bathroom floor in the corners near tub and bathroom counter. Window curtains dirty.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool, appreciated that the parking and breakfast were included! Liked the security guard on the parking lot at night. The hotel was very accommodating and let me check out one hour later than scheduled. Nice experience!

Everything! The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast had many choices and very well organized to prevent sanitation issues such as having everything wrapped separately and individually.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Free parking was nice as there are pay lots everywhere around the property.

The staff was great! While I was checking in I mentioned that I would be having dinner at the Aquarium and the representative gave me a coupon for a free appetizer. The room was comfortable and very spacious.

The shuttle bus drivers were excellent. Front desk lady very helpful. location close to Minute Maid Park.

Found bugs under the bed. A dirty pair of socks under the dresser. The parking lot was limited to the front of the building with very limited parking while behind the hotel was a parking lot with no cars. Also the water pressure was lacking.
