The lobby area was nicely designed and put together. The pool area was awesome! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff and security were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average and a good deal for the hotel price. Complimentary coffee is nice!
The $20 parking fee is ridiculous and should be included in the stay price. The breakfast was lacking in some areas (eggs remind me of powdered eggs) but overall no really big complaints.

This hotel had really wonderful staff that were helpful and super friendly.It's location is really great, only a short stroll to a lovely street in Midtown filled with great restaurants and shops

Great location on the edge of the city. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in price and it was good. Rooms were a great size, good wifi. Washing machine and dryers available on two floors. Spa and pool, good secure parking. Great restaurant nearby called Oporto (not the chicken Franchise!) one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed at on our trip.

The hotel was fantastic.Great location Staff were excellent on front deskOne of the best I have stayed in.
Not sure if heating system was working as well as it should have been. Seemed to go warm without any intervention. Also tap in sink in bathroom was always hot and couldn't get cold.
