Terrible hotel

Mostly everything.

I booked on booking.com and was told upon arrival there was an addition deposit that was refundable. Which I paid in cash and still haven’t received and I’m not sure how I would as I paid it in cash.

The stafff were friendly, I cannot say anything bad with regards to that.

The cleanliness of the facility from the onset threw me for a loop: there was a particular smell that hit me as soon as I entered the building. I encountered that same smell in the room as well, particularly coming from the air conditioning unit. The beddings had some stains too. The place needs plenty work

This place was so nasty. It smells like a crack and smoke house. The carpet is peeling off the elevator are so disgusting. The new management are even scared of the guest there. Even the bed we got was so nasty it had cigarettes burns and their covers were stained with pee. The room smell is of dogs, almost smell rotten. One last thing the floor to room had dog piss. I went back and requested another room they weren’t budging. I hate how I spend $500 in a horrible spot!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please don’t go.

The location was okay

The price was more than what I booked for on the site... The hotel was not as clean as advertised...and the hallways reek the smell of wet dogs..

The room was 80+ degrees when we got there and it took hours to get cooled down. The room wasn't really clean, and the facility just wasn't worth it

There is a smell when you first walk in there. The hall floor is dirty. The bathroom towels looked dirty also the sheets. I can say I didn't see any bugs. If someone is looking for comfortable. This is not the place.

Clean room, very hot outside and the air conditioning was very comfortable.

The pool was not clean

It was a privately run prison, my children came to see me, and were told if they were in the property they would be arrested Because they were not gusts, and were not allowed to come to my room to let me know they were there, the only thing clean in the room was the beds they had new sheets on them, the bathroom door did not shut or latch, the drawers of the main dresser and night stand, did not close, if you close them they open on there own. There were shoe, and scuff marks from floor to chest high all around the room the lights flickered when ever you used the switch to turn them on. And would go from really bright to really dim then pop into normal light. Nothing inside the hotel was usable ie: soda, candy and ice machines all non functional, you could only enter and exit thru one door, which is a fire hazard, and if you left you had to check back in to desk with Identafacation to prove you had a room. So you couldn't walk to corner store for coffee without being harrased to get back to your room, all in all very bad place to stay, we checked out two hours after arrival, due to harassment by staff and safety concerns. I would rate it lower than one but it won't let me

The pet smell & the amount of drug activity was a factor for me.

This Motel 6 would have been better if the room service was better. Not happy.

Room service or the lack thereof. We didn't get clean towels and we had to purchase them out of pocket. Very disappointing.

The fact that my husband and I had to go buy towels because none were clean and no one cleaned our room was a horrible look.

Shaky elevator and a lingering odor in the building

If possible, I would give this place a negative 0.

I had to change rooms and request a refund because of cleanliness issues. Room 211 had noticeable mold in the restroom, and in Room 303, there were traces of bedbug residue on the walls by in the restroom and by the mirror on wall and adjacent to the bed. The stairwell has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of urine and aging. The front desk attendant seemed oblivious when I mentioned the presence of mold, as if he had no knowledge of what mold was.

Literally nothing it was bad.

As soon as we got there there was toilet paper down the hallways with tubes extracting the sewage out of a room and had covered the hallways with it.

The property was close to all the places we needed to visit. The male overnight clerk is AMAZING!! Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing. Great that I could bring my pet.

The elevator smells like a nursing home & pet urine. The carpets need to be replaced all throughout the hotel. The shower in our room barely had any pressure unless you play with the faucet for awhile. Towels were yellow and room smelled like there may have been a mold problem before. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows have NO way to open so if there is a fire you are screwed. The hotel itself smells horrible but coming in from the front desk you wouldn't notice until you hit the elevator and that is when the smell hits you. People let their animals urinate in the elevator and expected the staff to clean it up. We took it upon ourselves to clean it twice so that we didn't have to bother the gentleman at the front desk.

The room we got has roaches and the toilet kept getting stopped up, so we were assigned a different room which was a little better. My husband and I bought cleaning products to clean the bathroom. The towels were dirty. The wifi was not working.

The elevator smelled like piss and the room was stink I have a video of roaches crawling in our room and the people never at the desk and they wasn’t answering the phone it was horrible honestly

Worst experience ever. Asking for return

There was dog urine in the lobby and the halls. Cockroaches climbing on the walls. Entire building smelled like marijuana. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the ceiling above my bed. Toilet was broken
