- The room that we paid for was not the room that we were given. I had tried to speak to the general manager, multiple times and got the runaround, yet he manages to leave me a voicemail.
- Beware when staying at Fairfield Inn Their was no running water in sink. Reported issue to front desk and was told nothing could be done till next morning at 10:30 (check out is 11:00). I reached out to manager and no response. Very disappointing.
- The room I was initially assigned to had electrical wires protruding from the ceiling. The smell of burning electrical wires was noted when the air conditioner was turned on. The shower curtain in the the room I was reassigned to, was dirty.

I did not get to enjoy all the amenities. The tv was not working and when I tried to call the hotel Representative he was they were not helpful at all. So I feel I did not receive all of what I paid for.
