Staff was not knowledgeable. Called ahead for my pets and they said it was okay. Then when I got there, the manager harassed me and said I never called and the lady never said I could bring a pet. Tried arguing with me after I just confirmed

This is a motel and not hotel it is merely 2 stars. It's a lie to say 3.5 stars, is a laughing stock.

Very quiet not a lot of traffic coming in or out. The employees were very nice. When in Houston that will be my Hotel to stay in. I have no completes at all.

This was an exceptionally well-run hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive and professional.

This is a motel, rather than a hotel. So, no lobby to sit and relax in. No fitness center. No dedicated eating area. So this is not a spot for "road warriors". But for the casual, frugal business traveler or for those travelling for personal reasons, it is a jewel.

Room was clean and spacious and I liked the shower area and sink

Breakfast was just a few muffins and cereal bars, we were expecting something more filling

I like the friendliness of the staff and how they keep it clean, that's probably hard to do when it's a by-the-night hotel, and also I forgot meds and I was able to come and get them from the staff-- they kept them in storage. so nice

The A/C was not working fast enough to my liking.

The room was modern and updated with clean, comfortable and accommodating offers. Safe and relatively quiet. Parking lot was well lit and my car was safe.

I would have preferred a door opening to a safe hallway instead of outside. No elevator. Location right on Beltway and had expected noise.

Very clean, super friendly staff that even made us coffee when we arrived at 1pm. Rooms are quiet and clean.

the hotel railing was decorated with Christmas lights, and I felt comfortable knowing the front desk clerk was walking around the parking lot cleaning. even if he was just cleaning it was comforting seeing someone checked around the property.

Each and Every Time... I Make a Reservation and Stay At Both HOTELS. They're BOTH Across The Beltway From One Another AND Each Property Has Wonderful Staff Members With Excellent Amenities!! I LOVE BOTH PROPERTIES SO MUCH, That When I Make a Reservation... All Of My Requests Are Met Before Our Arrival AND We're Given The Same Suite, Which Is DEFINITELY a Sense of Comfort and Family Atmosphere!!

NEVER A DULL MOMENT...LOVE STAYING AT BOTH PROPERTIES

Even though hotel is right next to the highway, room stayed quiet and was clean when we got here.

The bed was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It was the most uncomfortable, hard, flat surface I have ever slept on. Would love to stay here again, but probably will not because of the bed.
