Very clean

Bathroom was quite small - barely enough room to open the door all the way. Valley parking was $58 per day! We did self-parking right across the street.

Location was great. Room was extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was perfect and a great start to the day and the attendant was very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest at check in, but got the job done. She was extremely helpful and courteous to the couple prior to us, but very curt with us so who knows.

The room was very nice. We really loved the idea of having 2 rooms since were a family of 5. One very great feature was the complimentary evening snacks that the hotel offers to guests. The breakfast was also amazing.

The TVs were not smart and there was a very limited set of TV channels to watch. We would have loved to be able to sign into personal Netflix or YouTube account if the TVs are smart.

I liked that it was conveniently across from Toyota Center . In walking distance.

As soon as I walked in there was a broken fingernail on the bed . I made a video to show them but I was there for my birthday I was trying to get to the game.

The breakfast was average. The size of the rooms was great and spacious. I liked that the rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator. That made us feel like we were at home. The staff was really accommodating if something was not done properly.

The hotel is fairly new so there will always be small findings however the staff worked with us to fix any issues that arised.

Very friendly staff

Parking. The really should state it's mandatory valet. I was giign to park behind the facility but a car was parked with its windows busted out. No choice

The valet is mandatory at $58 a night. It was raining and they thought it was a great idea to park my car in the drain... they refused to move it so my daughter and I would not be in shin deep water.

The location was just a walk to the Toyota center. Staff was amazing so nice! Breakfast was delicious!

The ac in the room kept saying filter needed to changed and would not get cold.Also there were no trash bags in the trash cans.

Overall good and comfortable hotel - very spacious rooms and comfortable beds, good wifi.

The breakfast was of really poor quality, no ‘healthy’ options, weak coffee. Professionalism of Front desk staff wasn’t consistent. Lots of construction nearby, can’t really lay out by the pool.

Management is bad

I couldn't check in on timeI had to wait a long time for check-inI was guided to another room, but there was another person in the roomI can't manage it at all

Valet was AMAZING!! Helped with our handicap aunt to get in and out of the truck and the hotel is nice!

The location and the amminities. Closed and monitored valet parking overnight. Was very close to the Toyota Center.

No free parking. Had to pay a $62 valet fee for overnight.

Very close to the Toyota Center where we attended a concert. Good selection for breakfast, has coffee, tea and water in the lobby. There is also a small marketplace for quick supplies and snacks. Room was spacious and clean. In downtown with lots of options for restaurants nearby.

New hotel with good facilities. Nice swimming pool and good bar. Stefon at reception was exceptional - very friendly and prepared to help with anything to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
