Friendly, helpful staff. Made me feel valued.

Location was perfect for walking to nearby attraction. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was clean, well lit and welcoming. The laundry facility was an added bonus!

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear my neighbors’ conversations and activities. Maybe securing headboards to the wall is a good idea/investment. The garment hanging space was awkwardly placed.

The hotel was super clean and had a nice vibe to it, loved the games downstairs for families to enjoy including table soccer. The bar was great and tea/coffee and water available all day was wonderful. The little convenience store and microwave in the lobby was really helpful to accommodate hungry kids. Breakfast each day reduces the mental load of going out and finding somewhere to eat. Staff were fantastic- special shout out to Sandra and the Phillipino (?) ladies on reception, stellar service.

I am gluten intolerant and there was a good portion of the breakfast unavailable to me, so that was limiting.

Cleanliness

Our reservation was cancelled without us knowing. No other rooms were available that we needed. We had to find another hotel to stay in last minute. Very unsatisfied and did not get to stay.

I liked how close it was to everything downtown. Staff were very caring and made sure everything was good. We had an incident there, and the staff took care of everything.

Property was clean

A lot of noise on the weekend also the water pressure is horrible. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room the parking is a bit expensive

Parking sucked , no extra blankets, no oven too when I was told there was one . Being handicap our room was the last at end of the hall , inconvenient. Was told the coffee maker in the toons used pods but it didn’t it used bags ( I have to drink a special kind of coffee due to health so I packed my own) but very upset I couldn’t drink coffee all weekend

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were marvelous and kind, and the hotel is really clean and nice!

Everything felt luxurious which means we felt like royalty. The beds were comfortable like a cloud. Breakfast was excellent. Walkable distance to everything

The AC got the room cold by the day we were leaving. Had to use our own personal hotspots to play our games on our PlayStation as the wifi was not connecting at all to the servers

Bad location, no free parking would not recommend

For the price I paid, I never expected a hotel that doesn’t even provide free parking or drinking water in the room. Valet parking was $58, and the public garage next door would have cost me over $80 (with confusing rules: $42 overnight from 2am–2am, but still $15/hour before 2am). On the day I arrived, there was an event at the Toyota Center, and all the roads around the hotel were blocked. I called the hotel for help—even willing to pay valet—but after being on hold for a long time, the staff still couldn’t provide any solution. In the end, I had no way to even reach the hotel. I had to send my boyfriend to walk there just to check us out, and I wasted my money without ever getting to stay the night.I was extremely disappointed. The room itself had nothing special to justify the price, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
