- The room was very dark even with all the lights on.
- Rude staff. Only one elevator working resulting in a long wait. Only one staff member checking in also resulting in a long wait. I was given a non working room key and had to wait two additional times to get the elevator back down and up.
- I did not like that they didn't have any towels when we needed one. I also didn't like that the joining door to another room was open when I woke up and the staff didn't care and was rude. Someone was in my room and that's not ok
