Comfort Suites Houston West at Clay Road

Location, amenities and safety. Staff was courteous and professional. I needed an early check in to avoid arrival during heavy traffic times and was accommodated.

No cleaning crew showed up our entire stay. Had to ask for towels. Refrigerator and coffee pot had problems or didn't work.

No security, someone's tires were stolen off their vehicle near our rental

I had booked it prior to taking my vacation

Front desk gave me difficulties when I objected to the site policies. Then there was a fight to get the shower to work and, even then, the water pressure was low. Add to that the roach that greeted me in the early morning hours while I was on the toilet.

The value of the room compared to what you pay is always amazing... The rooms are clean and well stocked. It doesn't smell like weed in the elevators and hallways--an increasing amount of hotels have this issue. Nothing against weed.

No nothing. I REALLY appreciate the seat outside by the front door though.

The staff was friendly

No water in pool nor hot tub. Room was damp and musty. AC was not working properly, was cool but icky damp. Got a plate of breakfast, took two bites then saw a roach on the sausage.

Room had very strong disinfectant smell that caused both parties to experience headaches. Elevator was not working.

Size of king room

We were woke up due to not being on the cleaning chart as a stay over . The shade was broken on the desk , no phone in the room to call downstairs, tile missing on the baseboards

This was a horrible experience. The power went out without any back up generators so we had to spend the last night in the dark! Then when asked if we could get a reimbursement for one of those two nights they snapped at us about this is mother nature.

Pool was dirty and useful. Antionet Buffin, which is the general manager doesn't reply my e-mails about the extra charge of $350.90 that was made to my debit card. After 8 days of the incident this money is not in my account, I think they stole my mon

The costumer service was great & the suite met all expectations. It was clean & smoke free.

The room I had faced the front and the light from the front glared thru my window all night due to no full blackout curtains. Breakfast was very unpleasing. Only thing that was worth eating was the waffle.

Very close to the expressway. Decent price.

Breakfast was less than adequate. No eggs. Juice machine did not work. No jam or jelly. Milk did not appear to be skim. Fitness room only has cardio equipment: 2 machines.

Front desk talk back to me when I asked him to make some work coffee in the morning during the continental breakfast. TV didn't work, just an overall bad experience. I will not be back again

It¿s super quiet and clean. The staff is absolutely amazing with the General Manager leading the pack. I could not ask for a better experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the sheets. And they had smoking rooms.

They didn't have a bathtub.

The location was great for us because it was close to the job site at which we where working.

We did not get put in the room we had selected, tried to change to the right room twice and was told early in the day there where none available, the water was barely warm and breakfast was very disappointing.
