Awful smell (probably marijuana). Breakfast options were pretty poor. TV never worked in any of our 3 rooms.

The room was actually very clean.The staff was very pleasant as always.

Yes.The latch lock was broken, big gap at Bottom of door and a couple of roaches was a big no no for me.

The check in staff was great. The daytime staff was not as helpful or as friendly.

The walls allowed all noise to be heard and drafts from outside. The WiFi did not work in the room, kept kick me off and other adults were not able to connect.

Location was what i needed, wifi was good. Bed was confortable.

Pictures are a little deceiving, its not as nice.. Pool was small and the smaller one was not working. Pool faced a main street.Had a weird smell in hall and room. Carpet was sticky. They are under staffed.. And the tv control was not woking

Thing we found, the bathroom faucet was broke. The plunger was not connected we could not fill the sink to wash,shave. Highly annoying And we did tell the staff.Made it difficult to get ready.Also, When persons schedules change,do not deny a refund...

I like the girl that was working the morning shift when I checked out I complained to her she was very apologetic and Very nice.

The night manager when I checked in was very unprofessional. I got a room where the TV did not work. When I told the night manager, he gave me another room. I Opened the new room There was someone in the room I could have been shot. Very scary.

Filthy. Debris on floor throughout. Plastic bag taped over smoke detector from a previous "guest"(?). Strong aroma of - something - to cover up whatever was actually there. Three-night pre-paid stay. Nights 2 and 3 I stayed elsewhere. Appalling.

The nighttime from desk lady was GREAT! Really enjoyed her personality! She deserves a raise!! The room was clean and very spacious for me and my 3 kids. We didn¿t feel like we were right on top of each other.

The morning girl was not as personable as the other lady. Seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Also there was nothing for breakfast. She put out dry bread with nothing to go with it, no jelly or cream cheese. Dirty old fruit cups. It was very sad!!

The customer service in the night shift was great. Not so much in the day shift. The beds were comfy and didn't screech or anything like others we have had to deal with in other better rating hotels

the laundry is real expensive $4per washer load and $3per dryer load.

The location is perfect. The rooms are extremely clean, large and very comfortable.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. The breakfast is fresh and there's a good selection of items.

There's a lot of noise from the traffic and there were a few live water bugs observed in and around the hotel.

It was clean, the breakfast was good and the people was very nice and very accommodating. The 1st night there was a problem of a toilet leakage and immediately i was moved to another room without a problem.Beds comfortable and pillows too.

That i wasn't able to use the pool due to painting the building but it was understandable.
