Downtowner Inn and Suites Monroe Rd

Not much

Smelly. Musty. Uncomfortable beds. TV was old and outdated with poor picture quality.

Felt very safe as a female staying alone. Was also very clean and comfy

That is was a quiet place

I went to a funeral services, had to stay in a hotel , once I Went in and it was very humid inside the room and smelly (I’ve stayed in others hotels , and the ac in room is already turned on (which is very helpful)Until we turned on the ac The shower was partially cleaned ;soups from previous guests were still there )Over all I will give a 2 out of 10I may get some improvements

I woke up too late, I checked out about 10:45

Bathroom sink faucet sprays water toward back of sink onto counter.

Entirely adequate motel for comfort and value. September 2021 CoViD precautions prohibit lobby entry and preclude breakfast.

Location. Price. Quiet. Clean.

Nice roomy clean

No pool

Excellent place, clean and comfortable the staff excellent service

Left before breakfast because the air conditioner in the room didn't cool at all after the 1st room we was assigned had a plugged toilet

The rooms should have been inspected before assigned

The manager was great, told me that if I needed anything even in the middle of the night he would be there as a part of my family to accommodate all my needs.Tooth brushes, razor, shower cap and many other things already in the room.CD & DVD player.

The room was large and the sink counter space was amply. The location was close to the freeway and beltway making it very convenient. It was quite.

The commode made a loud noise when it was flushed.

Clean rooms

Tv's were not updated as described, Staff lie to me when I attempted to re-book the room by telling me that they were booked solid when i witnessed a housekeeper enter another room and ask the occupants if they were going to renew, and they said yes!!!

We didn't eat there

Very nice and clean

Rooms were clean and nice and comfy

I come here frequently just to get away it's the best place for a good price I love them

There's nothing I dislike they are exceptional

Convenient location near our son.

Superb

Bed was a little hard

Breakfast is nothing and no cleaning ness

Great

No swimming pool

Not much to like

Staff inexperienced, bath dirty to a point of gross. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
