receptionist wasn’t @ desk when I arrived there was a 5 minute wait. The ac in the room didn’t work properly and it was extremely HOT! The next desk clerk was busy in the office giving attention to a cell phone, seemed agitated with my new room request

The hotel did not have hot water during my stay, also, one day the water was shut off completely for hours. The hotel staff did not notify me of the "no hot water" at check-in... I first found out from my fellow-residents/travelers.

Found a dead cockroach in the bathroom and earwigs were all over the room. The room smelled like mold and the AC was extremely loud.

The WIFI is very poor. I had to work from my room. The internet was very poor, I could not connect to the wifi.

Behind the toilet had pee in the wall, it was a roach in my room!! I had a handicap room which was fine, but they didn?t let me know, so I wasn?t expecting a low bed and everything else that came with the room

Quiet, friendly staff, restaurants within walking distance, large rooms, full size refrigerator and microwave, stocked kitchenette.

Traffic on road on front of the hotel was abysmal.

The hotel is immaculate and the employees and staff are very professional. The staff have made my family feel at home and they are wonderful.

The breakfast could be a lot better.

The best part of this hotel is the friendly staff. The full size fridge and freezer was also nice.

The $20 incidental fee being placed on my account. I had none and I called and was told it would drop, but it has been 3 days since checkout and the fee is still there.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our visit to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and hot.

There was a bad storm during our stay at the hotel. The next morning no hot water and there were no lights on one side of the building. The sitting area for breakfast was dark so we moved to another area to eat.

The entire staff is wonderful they are very helpful and always go the extra mile. The property and rooms are always clean and the breakfast is delicious

It was a bad experience.There was only one elevator in the hotel and it was insufficient.There were no vegetarian options at breakfast.There was no bread.The hotel was old in general

The hotel staff was great (is) great. I am still staying here and nothing has changed. The front desk is pleasant everyday as well as housekeeping. If I need anything they do their absolute best at getting it.
