This place was so nasty the rooms are full of roaches. The front desk had to move me 5 times. Each room still had roaches one room a mouse or either a rat was behind the curtain making it move. I ran out of the room; the staff never came up to help me

They gave me a broom to go fight the rat in the room by myself. They stole my money and kick me out the hotel when I complained . They nerve have me a refund. I have videos this places is infested

The two front desk clerk that welcomed me after receiving poor customer service from their co worker that works the morning shift

The I do not know what type of bugs that were in the restroom, and the unprofessionalism, rude, and uncourteous if a front desk clerk.

Very clean and quiet, we didn't hear people all night long. Service was super, breakfast area was immaculately clean and delicious. Most importantly the hotel was minutes from the event we attended. Would definitely recommend to others. ?????

The people next door were very load until 11 pm I had to call the front desk. They did address the issue . Also dome guys were smoking weed that smelled like a skunk. The smell was also in the elevator

The receptionist was absolutely amazing and super Welcoming! I just celebrated my birthday this past weekend and Brandy?s warm welcome and birthday wishes was simply above and beyond great customer service ?

The cleanliness and the unprofessionalism of the manager who was nowhere to be found for the 3 days we were at the hotel.

They clean room but had to go get clean towels when I got in at night

Friendly staff, my usual place to go when I have work in Houston. So it's easy to check in staff already knows me somewhat

Man at the Front desk was friendly, efficient, and quick with a joke. After long day driving thru heavy rain, he brightened my day substantially.

The breakfast was run out of boiling eggs asking the lady served breakfast to get egg then she answered no.

Location & the gentleman that worked at the counter at night. He was very nice & helpful.

The lady that was working in the breakfast room was staring at everyone while trash is full & food needed tk be refill. She was eating & watching videos on her phone so loud ppl can hear in the next room. Not sure if she was there working or as a guest.

Neutral location for all of my needs. Staff is always shows courtesy and respect. And the price somewhat fits my budget.

The occasional weed smell throughout the hallway and unfortunately, my last visit was greeted by someone's underwear left in the elevator.

The lady who checked us in was not pleasant. Check your room asap. I grabbed dinner and came back. Room had roaches. I went to the front desk, was told they were sold out and a manager would not be available till Monday after 11am. This was Friday night.

The room itself was very nice, and the price was competitive.

There seemed to be no sound insulation. We could hear everyone talking in the rooms around us, and there was a lot of noise above us. My wife is handicapped and the rail in the elevator fell off the wall when she used it to steady herself.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES EVERYWHERE! The room smelled so bad including the lobby smelled like weed. The walls are thin¿the lady at the front desk over night shifts is rude and had no care about the roaches. She made it seem like they been knew.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. DIDNOT GET A CHANCE TO ENJOY THE BREAKFAST, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

TOWELS WERE A LITTLE THIN AND ON THE SMALL SIZE, BUT THEY WERE SUFFICIENT.
