Western Inn

Nothing. Wasn't even a Hotel, was an extended stay apartment and poorly maintained.

Everything was bad! Roaches, security, cleanliness, wasps, stained sheets, TVs not working fully. Towels were hand towel size. Power to ONLY my room went out for over an hour, after complaining three times switched rooms, just as bad.

Close to the Farm market and the Heights area

Cancelled the second night because it felt very unsafe.

It was available.

The floor was sticky. Excessive noise in the hallway. The towels were paper thin and released lots of lint.

Not happy with the place. Had to change my room because there were roaches in the room . It was the worst hotel I¿ve stay in! I hope to receive a refund. It¿s bad enough I was visiting my mother and to say goodbye to her, she¿s not doing well!

Definitely did NOT feel safe here at all. Very dirty and super sketchy. We only stayed about 15 minutes before checking out to go to a different hotel.

The staff didn’t know what they were doing and treated us like criminals offering to call the cops because THEY made a mistake.

Location was convenient for where we wanted.

Room and hallway smelled and pillows were dirty. We did not stay.

Cleanliness, Non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, Duve had no cover and had holes burned through it

A/C didn't have temperature control and the doors in front of the fridge were busted making it super hard to open and close.

Very dirty. in my room I found hair, nails, dirty blankets and tv channels not viewable.

This hotel has no full service no iron at all plus no enough tawol and the stuff was very ignorance I requested an iron since the first day but they never bring one that was very pool hotel you can't take shower because no enough twols

Bed was nasty, we left with noseeums and itchy skin, we had to shower with hot hot hot water and scrub scrub scrub with soap to get relief. Will never go back there.

Very old dingy hotel. Room was not clean and had a very funny smell. Extremely tiny cheap towels that barely dried you off. Very annoying.

even though it was non smoking room...IT smelled of old smoke AND so did MY clothes the next morning ! not so good for an APPOINTMENT the next day... :-/

The location of the hotel was definitely a bonus, centrally located in Houston made it easy to get to several appointments.

The fact that when selecting amenities, we chose the pet option, but at check in, the room bill said no pets. What were we to do at that time except keep our very small pets quiet.

Convenient location. Good price.

Old, run down, surly staff, air did not get cold.
