Pros +

Best thing is that you have your own space with a kitchenette etc., a sitting room if people come over to visit, as I stayed for a prolonged time.
I loved the tv mounted on the wall in the bedroom, and that it felt like a downtown apartment more than a hotel. The valet was very helpful and friendly!
Nice

Cons -

The streets in downtown next to the streetcar are full of homeless people, so it doesn't feel safe but the security in the house is aware and helped me out, being female and having late meetings. A little snack every day (fruits) would be great.
The A/C didn't really make its way to the bedroom and so it was a little hard to sleep. Also, one of the towels and one of the blankets had a stain.
