Lot of car repairs going on in the parking lot during the time we were there. Some even late in the night

The air conditioner was on an automatic saver. So it would not stay cold in room. The alarm was going off on the building on the side about 2 or 3 o’clock in morning. Kids were running on the runway outside the room at late night.

Quiet. Clean room. And front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful.

No it was good for price and quick overnight stay.

Where do I start.....mexicans run it and half do not speak english, front desk staff just looks at you when you ask bout amenities,no coffee no ice machine, dirty n mangy thank god for the gun I had w me......taco truck lives in parkin is part of staff

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. There is a Walmart store right across the road. If you are low on budget than its right for you.

The location of hotel was not good. The neighborhood was bit sketchy. I didn't like to walk around in night and felt very unsafe outside.

The room was fine after they cleaned it, and it didnt smell to my surprise.

The wifi was beyond terrible. Hardly worked at all. The tv was very outdated and when i arrived and was checked in, i arrived to a room that was not cleaned up at all. I had to call front desk and tell them to come prep my room. Didnt like that.

The room was as clean as a room with stained carpet and walls can be, I suppose. The shower was hot and soothing. They provided small shampoo and lotion sample packets - not really as much as I needed, but it worked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Things they could fix: Curtain didn't keep out light at night. LOUD fan in bathroom. Clogged sink (looked like someone had dumped noodles down it). Other items: Loud noises all night long - upstairs squeaks when they walk, loud music/vehicles all night

The staff was terrible from the start they do not accept card payment or tap to pay is cash only, i had to go find ATM at 12am in midnight because they did not accept card.

The bed sheets smelled of bleach-so they appeared clean. The carpet seemed fairly new and not stained. There was a fenced in locked parking. Not being familiar with Houston, I had no idea about this location. The TV worked well.

This property is SHABBY to say the least! The door had only the doorknob lock-no safety chain. The sink had no stopper, as well as the bathtub! The tub did appear to be clean, but I wouldn't bathe in there. The walls and ceiling were COVERED with stains. Not being familiar with Houston, I had no idea this was a homeless area. If it had not been so late on a Saturday night, I would have gone to a known hotel. Please do not send anyone else there. I chose this location because it appeared to be close to the church I was going to...but it was not, Also, there was an open space by the window...not covered, The woman that checked me in, was very rude. However, the woman the next day was much friendlier.

Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Clean and quiet premises.

The staff was amazing and always available. The coffee area was very nice and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the AC was nice and cold, the room smelled clean.

The room needs updates like the GFI plugs are so old that only 1 would could be used to plug our phone charger in. The others our chargers just fell out when we plugged them in. The bathroom fan was very old and needs to be updated too, it was very tiny and loud to run. There was a large crack under our door that needed a weather strip to keep light and heat out but with luck the AC kept the room cold anyway. Just a waste on electricity for the property.

Great price for a low-budget hotel. It is slightly outdated but very clean, and the pool is wonderful. The staff is nice and helpful.
