Elevator broken, hotel and smelled like mildew

It’s very clear that this hotel truly needs maintenance work done. Apparently the elevator has been broken for months with no intent to have it repaired. The first floor rooms smell heavily of mildew.

How quiet it was and how I wasn't disrupted in the staff seemed pretty nice. Hotels these days don't exactly have the nicest desk people have come to find.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was how it was out of the way and far away from anything real to do but that's not why I was there. I was there for the tub. And it was excellent and wonderful

Just didn?t look, feel, smell like my quality of hotel.

Smell, dirty elevator and carpet, super thin towels, one step up from paper towels

It was nice and clean

I didn?t like the part where it was no carpet. And tub water barely got hot.

The staff and the atmosphere. Even during breakfast, management greeted each of us.

Poor staff. She wanted another customer to pay me when the clerk incorrectly charged my card for the wrong room

1st room had roaches, 2nd room door wouldn't lock. 3rd room had no remote but they brought me one.

The first thing I noticed was the entire 3rd floor smelled like feces. Very loudly. Then. Entering the room you can tell the layout, equipment, lighting, and furniture were very dated and abused. Worst room ever and should be taken off of your list.

Clean, large comfortable rooms.

The staff that works overnight is professional and helpful

There was a lot of noise from the people working on building,for the price I paid was too much,couldn¿t get any rest which is why I was there just to rest

REQUESTED BOTTOM FLOOR BECAUSE OF DISABILITIES, WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NO ROOMS AVAILABLE ON BOTTOM FLOOR EVEN THROUGH I REQUESTED IT WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM. WILL NOT GO BACK AND THEY WERE RUDE ABOUT IT...

No breakfast as advertised! Unsavory people in parking lot! Beds were horrible! Room was dirty! TV didn't work! No drain plug for tub and shower head leaked badly! $100 deposit required and have to wait 2 weeks for refund! Elevator in bad shape!

Great location. Very cost effective. Feels like a more expensive hotel. Staff is very accommodating.

If you use the back parking lot you can only enter the hotel through the front door. You have to walk around the hotel.

Everything else! They didn¿t provide us with a full set of towels..when I asked they made me go downstairs instead of bringing them. Housekeeping never came at all! Room was outdated¿ pillow case had a rip¿. There was a whole in the wall. Poor quality

Staff was friendly and did what limited amount they could to help rectify the issues.

$100 cash deposit requirement is REAL. No coffee in lobby or room. Room microwave did not work. Room HVAC system was intermittent. Room smelled strongly of stale smoke. Room had iron but no ironing board.

Room is big enough and location is not bad.

Many things are bad. The staff for checkin was very rude. The hotel asked for cash deposit of $100 but we were not informed. The hotel didn't provide service as described in the website, like breakfast and room service . The room is not quite clean.

I like the fact that the rooms are consistently clean and I kid you not i recently booked a night at a --- a night hotel here in houston and checked out 40 minutes later because it was dirty vs this -- a night room that was very clean

I think the 100 dollar cash deposit is a bit excessive especially give the number of times I have stayed there without incident

Everything! The location, the room was equipped with working blow dryer&iron. Exceeded my expectations. Great room for great price.

It's not a big deal but would have liked a working remote so I didn't have to stand up every time I wanted to change the channel.
