Motel 6 Houston, Tx-Medical Center/Reliant Park

The evening clerk was very pleasant to work with.

No microwave, coffee pot, and tv didn't work. No coffee available in the lobby. Bed shifted on the bed frame, and was very squeaky. It was in an extremely noisy area due to highway and other guests.

Rooms had roaches everywhere there no fridge or microwaves in the rooms

nice workers

i had to switch rooms bc the lights in my original one weren¿t working and then the overhead kitchen light didn¿t work and neither did the TV in the 2nd room i was given.

Pet friendly and close to restraunts and bis

They have refrigerator

The cost of the room was $58.63 for a one day stay but I am visually impared and the staff could not locate a room on the 1st or 2nd level. I had to be located on the 3rd level which they stated that the elevator did not work so I had to walk up 3 levels.

I called the staff about 1 week before to verify that my payment was received for the room. The staff indicated that the payment was received but when I checked in the staff charged me for the room and I told them that the room was paided for with my card

Close to MDA

Hotel was misrepresented by agent. It did not offer the amenities we were told were available.

The cost of it in such a dangerous area. Plenty homeless ppl laying around and drug users openly supplying their habit. The "hallways" reeked of urine.

Just the easy access to hwy

The carpenter is dirty and stained, the room dirty and fixtures and appliances were broken

Clean and location

No hot water at 6am for shower & shave.

The location and it was cheap and the rooms were very clean.

There was no WiFi although it was advertised l. It would work for 5 mins then stop. I had a ton of work I was unable to do. Also there may have been bed bugs here

Customer service

The room The pool The cleanliness The guest

That its pet friendly and good distance to NRG stadium.

Elevator floor was filthy and the elevator clattered as it moved up and down.

The location was great. The entrance and exit of the hotel was good.

Floors were extremely sticky! Felt like they hadn't been in months! Restroom floor had pee on it! I dropped the roll of toilet paper and when i picked it up, it was yellow!

Location

No refrigerator or microwave

This hotel is a dump! They treat you like crap and expect you to just suck it up and pay what u owe them! No thanks I?ll take my money and buisness elsewhere!
