The Manager and Bar staff were amazing and helpful.

After being at the hospital all day, I came back ready to shower and pass out, to a room that had not been cleaned. No towels no clean sheets. Trash had not been removed. And it took 45 mins for them to deliver towels. Housekeeping left a bag.

Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. Great place for anyone, but especially for those who are in town for medical reasons. It's only a mile from MD Anderson.

The mattress on the beds could definitely be better but still a great stay overall.

Extremely close to MD Anderson.

The staff shut the elevator on us so that we couldn't get on while laughing at us. We requested the bedding to be changed and no one came the rest of the trip.

The staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness. All of it was perfect.

Laminate floors, quiet, clean, the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

No water at the ice machine, parking was awkward (until you understand it), lady at front desk when we left was not friendly or accommodating.

Nicely maintained and well updated. Very flexible service as we were allowed early check-in after a red eye flight. That was greatly appreciated.

Restaurant and bar hours could have been better. We would have ordered food and drinks in the afternoon sooner.

Don't like to pay $15 for parking.

The service and staff were exxellent.

I didn't like to have to pay for parking but felt safe knowing my car was in a secure parking garage.

The shuttle to hospital was Never available. No one knew when it was coming, where it was, how long it would be. Whether calling from the hotel or hospital. Had to find different transportation.

Location was good because we used the red line for all that we wanted to see. The breakfast staff and the food choice was excellent.

The “restaurant” was underwhelming. It was more of a lobby/lounge area with hot food options.

Overall the experience was different since it was my first time in Houston. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Many assortments to choose from. Friendly yet helpful staff.

I didn't like when I first arrived and had to held a $250 deposit because I was staying 5 nights. On the app stated a $50 deposit, which I understood but didn't state per night. Also, I didn't like the fact of paying $15 per night for parking especially if I'm staying there. However, Mr. Knowles was very helpful in sorting my complaint. A very pleasant yet above and beyond individual.

Breakfast was great! Beds very comfortable. Pool area is nice.

I do not like the parking garage. Not enough room for bigger cars and hard to get around corners when other cars are passing you. Water pressure in shower is low.
