Rooms are a nice size and it was quiet while we stayed there

We were not told that we were to use our room card when leaving to go somewhere so we paid every time we went somewhere.

1st time to stay here. Beautiful, rooms were very impressive. best night sleep since our cancer journey began. we have tried 4 other hotels before. This one will be our hotel of choice. breakfast was well stocked with all of your favorites

parking garage location, we had to switch elevators to get from one place to the other. not very convenient

We have had multiple stays and with each stay, I've notice a decline in quality. There was a roach in our room. Breakfast looks ok from the outside until I serve my plate..it's terrible. Never enough dishes, silverware, etc. Shuttle driver is rude.

At this hotel everything was very modern. Given the location near several of the best known hospitals in the country. This is a great place to stay while you¿re going through an extremely stressful, time. The shuttle service was very helpful!

I was surprised to find out this was a cashless hotel, breaking even a twenty, for tips was not available there. The menu was extremely limited for evening meals.

The room was spectacular, breakfast was ok, and the seating for breakfast was perfect. There was adequate seating at the pool also. The whole hotel was a vibe and my children, Hubby, and I will be coming back!

There is only one elevator that transports to parking garage. Around busy times be prepared to wait or walk.

Security

Make sure that the fridge works! We had to throw away food because it went bad in the fridge.

It was located close to the medical building I had to go to.

Very nice, clean hotel close to Baylor medical center. The room was large and clean with a small kitchen. The bed was comfy and large. Good selection of bourbons at the bar and food was great.

Breakfast was fine, could have been warmer food! Pillows comfortable, bed not so much, sofa wasn't comfortable at all, cushions too stiff

In the parking garage, lacknof information was annoying

It was a good breakfast. However the warm food was cool not warm.

breakfast should be at least warm if not hot. The coffee was good and hot.

The location was convenient for my chemo treatment and appointments I had scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday all day. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean!!

The staff wasn’t very helpful and gave no information on hotel amenities. I felt the cost was a lot for the service I received I have stayed and paid less and received better accommodations other places around the same area.

I had a lovely stay. The shuttle drivers were the best, took such good care of us all and made it possible to get by without renting a car. I was visiting Rice University, which is nearby enough to take the free shuttle to get to, or close enough to a bus stop to go somewhere else. Bummed I didn't have time to check out the Zoo, but it was a nice stay. Good variety for breakfast (slightly limited hours though, if you're not an early riser, set your alarm). A/C kept me alive and happy in my first time in the Texas heat. Coffee was good. Everyone was kind. Room was cozy. Thanks so much!

While there are snacks and such available, $8 for a bottled smoothie was a bit silly. Had the options been more affordable, I would have spent more at the hotel rather than eating out. The free shuttle with the great drivers made up for it though.

Great location, very secure parking, awesome view from room and pool

Location convenient due to frequent radiation appointments, and surgery at the Medical Plaza nearly!

I arrived after 3pm for check in after treatment and the room was not clean and had to wait in the lobby till nearly 5pm. Asked staff if I could get in another room which would have down sized what I had booked but was told I could but room I booked was higher and I wouldn’t be refunded. Therefore, no option!

Complimentary shuttle service to the medical centers, and the on site bar and restaurant

Coffee maker in room did not work!
