Room was clean

People sitting outside the hotel late at night. People coming in and out all night.

Hotel is not handicap friendly at all. Hotel needs to retro-fit a few rooms with chair height tiolets,etc. & just some removale toilet seat gadget. Come on really. How expense can it be to atleast update 5 rooms.

Staff members were polite and friendly. Room was clean and ready for us. This was our 2nd time in this location. We'll be back.

All of the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was was good compared to most free hotel breakfasts I have had. Easy access on and off 10!

The staff was great. Very courteous. Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast was good.

We arrived after dark and the sign next to the interstate is not working, so we spend quite awhile driving around before we finely lucked into it. A bigger sign, that was lit, would be nice.

I did not like that we were put in a handicap room, with a roll in shower. Water was everywhere. I also notice that there was no indication that the room was disinfected

The thermostat was a little strange. I would put it on a temp I wanted and it wouldn't go on. And sometimes it would just shut off

One of the things you expect with a Hampton is their quality is always consistent. Not this time. The sheets weren't the typical hotel quality that Hampton typically has and the breakfast was average at best. The eggs were watery and the meat was cold.

The front desk and the cleaning staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

You won't sink into their bed like at The Derek(personal fave) they have a more firm touch to them to support bad backs with enough softness to be comfrtable for good ones. microwave/refrigerator/showerheads(both of them)freebreakfast/good cable.
