Not very clean , ice makers didn?t work outlets by beds didn?t work and no shuttle to and from airport which clearly states on web site

We booked this hotel for two different nights days. The first night was wonderful. However, when it came to the second night, the hotel staff were rude and under helpful the room and amenities were subpar to be polite. 100% will never see her again.

They overbooked out specific Queen beds rooms and didn¿t have a room for us. After waiting too long and having a tired child, we had to take a room with one bed for 4 people. No one helped up and the front desk was extremely rude and I accommodating.

The front desk staff and the lack of rooms. I booked a month in advance and didn¿t get the room I booked.

Yes The rims on my car was stolen by parking lot security, the room stunk and the bed sheets had a wet feeling just the totally WORST EXPERIENCE EVER staff was not helpful either

Proximity to airport

Everything! I chose/booked & paid for an executive suite w/ 2 queens & a sofa-bed (clearly described, showed & indicated under the amenities) but hotel staffs said they don¿t have that combination so we only got 2 queen beds, which were too small for us

Our van Driver was exceptional in every aspect. Desk staff was also exceptional. Price was reasonable.

Very nice clean, nice decor, comfortable bed, close to crossroads of multiple freeways. Near the airport 20 minutes to downtown Hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and other selections. Next to freeway but room was quiet

pool WAS under cleaning ;but, you are allowed to go to sister hotel next to this hotel and use the pool

I recommend staying at this hotel. The room I was given was large beautiful and had every luxury that you would need during a business trip. Large desk, large well appointed sofa & bed as well al a luxurious bathroom. My regret is I stayed one night

I had called from the airport because y flight had been delayed. The front desk person who was on shift at that time was rude and unwilling to help when couldn't find my reservations. Sy6

The only thing I did not like was, it did not have a microwave in the room. You have to go down to the first floor to use the microwave. No no

The Customer Service at this establishment was impeccable!

Although the staff was beyond GREAT, the staff doesn¿t make up the whole hotel. I¿d suggest some new rugs, new furniture, scrub the walls and thoroughly wash the bathroom tubs and this hotel can definitely withstand the 4/5 star hotels w/ a little upgrade

The room size and bed was very comfortable.

While it wasn't a huge deal, I wish the location was a bit better (walkable to certain restaurants than the need to Uber).

Location: Not really that close to the airport, took about 20 minutes with barely any traffic. Shuttles: The last shuttle runs at 9pm, so they had to call in a shuttle from a different hotel which added another 30 minutes. Was assigned someone else's ro

I loved how friendly the staff was. They were very helpful and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport definitely helped make my stay so much easier too!

The only downside is I wish there were more hotel access or options give to me in my room about local residents that will deliver. I tried ordering on an app but being out of town those apps won't recognize my phone number.

Size of the room

Too many issues. Key did not work. No electricity or water for more than two hours. Elevator did not work. Had to use the stairs.

Breakfast

No security. My vehicle and 4 others broken into, on the same night, w/items stolen.

I like the breakfast and the recreation areas. Also, the room was fine. If you never experienced Hampton inn. You will like this one.

When I checked in, the pillow cases in my room were DIRTY, it had drops of blood! Then, I had 13 reservations for next days, again, the same lady who checked in us did not have patient with us.

The staff was very respectful kind and the courtesy was professional during the whole stay. I would highly recommend this location it wasn't to far from where we needed to be. Thank you and keep up the good work to all the staff and corporate

This hotel was nicer than expected! Very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I did only book bc it was pet friendly but apparently it’s only for service animals. I didn’t realize and had my pet with me and they were really accommoda
