Such a great location. Super comfy and easy to get to Minute Maid Field. Breakfast and friendly staff were a bonus.

Is close to bus and train station, it has very nice and complete kitchen, pillows and bed are very comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. If they put little more things to the breakfast is going to be the perfect hotel.

Staff was friendly and generally helpful, and the hotel was well situated downtown for what we were doing. There was also a Starbucks (practically) in the lobby which is nice (if that's your thing).

The keys to one of our rooms stopped working halfway through our trip and we were charged for valet twice (because we had two rooms). In addition, one of our rooms was missing a coffee pot, a nightstand, and had a clogged drain in the shower.

The room was much bigger than expected with a full kitchenette. Great location. There is a parking garage two blocks away that was only $16 a night. The bistro connected to the other hotel was still within the building so it was convenient.

Since the hotel is connected to other hotels, I got confused and tried to check in at the wrong one. The room itself was a little outdated but I wasn't going for something super fancy. I could not find an ice machine. Other than that, it was great stay.

The Front Desk Attendant was very courteous and prompt. I loved the size of the room and the hot breakfast. This 3 Star could easily be a 3.5 Star Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was nice, the actual hotel was a cool renovation.

Yes, free parking was advertised but that was a unprotected lot three blocks from the hotel. Overnight parking was valet only at $60.00. Pretty much a total ripoff, too bad this is how this hotel does business.

We arrived to the airport and had to wait 8 hours for a room. The staff did not communicate with us once our room was ready.

It¿s close to a lot of things

The parking is overpriced but if you¿re not going to sit n your room there¿s not a better parking situation than usual g the valet services at 45$ a night.

Close To downtown destinations. Easy to access

Apparently Dallas Ave in front of the hotel is a Saturday night drag strip. Extremely loud autos raced up it well into early AM hours. I was not able to sleep and will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the noise.

Having to pay extra for hotel parking. Valet was the only option and it took more than half an hour to get the car every time as it was 3 hotels in one, sharing the same valet service.

Pull out mattress was VERY THIN and wasn¿t very comfortable.

The hotel is in a restaurant desert: I arrived at 7pm after not having eaten all day: there was one restaurant open in walking distance. And no food service at the hotel. Also the woman who checked me in was rude.

Valet parking only was inconvenient because we wanted in our car a lot but didn¿t want to deal with the hassle. Pretty sure the guy at the counter at night severely overcharged us for our food items. He just named a price with no change it was $20 even.
