The front desk staff, helped get me my refund.
Close to airport, gas stations, food, bright well lit parking lot
The lady at the front was very nice and helpful the man was rude and disrespectful. The bed bugs were so terrible I'm still breaking out and it's been 3 days

Everything. The bed is sunken in. Very rundown. The hotel has holes in wall. All no bolster locks on doors. bathroom tiles are very dirty with brownish rust stain. Unlivable room condition.
Currently under renovations so noisy, dusty, and grimy. Room overhead light didnÂ¿t work, plastic wrapped light fixture due to renovations. Other things didnÂ¿t work well or at all due to room being outdated.

The location was the best part as it was very close to the airport.

It was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was a bloody handprint on the bathroom door, smashed bugs up the bathroom wall, and a couple blood streaks on the walls. The shower water poured out the curtain and flooded onto the floor.
