staff very friendly location was good for our purpose

not ADA compliant which should have been known!!! Also, parking is an issue. The parking police were waiting beside my vehicle but luckily I was there exactly, to the minute, on time. I was not made aware of the remote parking for this location.

Absolutely nothing

Overpriced for what was received. Room was hot. Ceiling fan was on but reversed. Refrigerator was unplugged and hot. 2 towels for 4 people. 1/4 roll of toliet paper. Beds and pillows like bricks. Paid for parking a block away but never found it.

It was 1 block away from the Toyota Center. Less than a 5 minute walk.

It was old and run down- loud music all night kept us awake

I had a family emergency 4 days before my intended stay so I could not keep the reservation. Unfortunately, I was charged for the room even though I could not stay. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Clean parking could of been better . Fell outside of the hotel on a wire streached between to Palm trees the guests helped me in and out of my room not any staff. Ended up breaking my knee . Staff was friendly though. Enjoyed

This hotel was a nightmare I wish I could get my money back this hotel was offering way more than just room service not a family friendly atmosphere

The location.

The staff at the counter lied to us and made us pay for $25.00 parking a block away when we didn’t have to. There is off the road parking right across from their hotel. We paid 5.00 then it was free after 6 and Sunday was free all day. Asked for a refund and got denied it. Never used it. I called booking.com and told them the situation with not feeling safe and the room after he made us check in, wouldn’t let us see it in advance was horrible.We immediately left with all our stuff in the car still, that’s when I called booking.com. He told them we never left the room, while when we walked to the room and then walked back to our car to leave, he wasn’t in there. That is a lying place of business. We ended up having to stay because we knew we would not get our money back. We checked out at 8:00 am to get the hell out of there when we had lots of plans to stay in Houston.

The owner was amazing, kind, courteous, and went over and above. Very clean, very nice and real close to House of Blues!!

The location

Its old, outdated with an odor, noone was at the front desk in the evening and Noone was at desk in the morning. The parking was a terrible location and I thought the one directly on the side should be available or the front desk should valet park so you don't have to walk 4 blocks away and then come back. It defeats the purpose of staying so close to the Toyota center

Property was in a good location. Was within walking distance to the convention center, restaurants and the Toyota Center. The Staff was friendly. George gave me information about close places to eat and have a cocktail. He even carries my suitcase upstairs for me. I was in and out a lot and the staff always greeted me when I passed them. The room was clean and cool when I checked in.

I liked the charm of this hotel. It is older, but seems well maintained. There is no elevator. I suggest to go to the hotel’s website. They are straight forward with what the hotel offers. I did not drive. FYI They do not have onsite parking. There is a paid parking lot close by.

Everything was amazing. The staff is out of this world, super friendly and helpful. Never felt so welcomed in any other place.The beds were comfortable and clean, good shower and toiletries; conveniently close to restaurants and the convention center (ask George for restaurant recommendations), and the area was safe.Very true to the pictures.Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nothing I didn't like.

It was a quiet little hotel in a nice location. The room was very clean and cozy. The room set up reminded me of my grandmother’s house. (Definitely NOT a bad thing)The staff were super nice and very helpful. Even when asking where good place were to eat, they knew really good recommendations.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel managers are very friendly and helpful and will do a lot to make your stay comfortable
